Christian and Jacob were awesome! They helped me get a 15’ box truck and were super fast, responsive, and courteous. They took all my phone calls, answered all my questions, and were just amazing. Would highly recommend getting a box truck rental from the Springfield, MO Enterprise. If you need a truck give them a call.

Enterprise truck rental in Springfield, Mo had the truck ready for us as scheduled and got us on our way promptly! Nice, friendly folks there. Balance was calculated fairly and we had a refund of a portion of the deposit. Good experience overall.

Christian and Jacob were great! Best experience Ive ever had with y’all. And I’ve been renting from enterprise for years. From the moment we walked in the doors to when we dropped off the keys. Pick up was a breeze, and quick. Said if we had any questions or issues they would take care of it. And i honestly believe they would have. We didn’t have any issues. When we dropped off the truck fastest and easiest drop off I’ve ever had. These guys had such a good vibe, Ora that radiates from them. Very impressed with Christian and Jacob! Will definitely choose this location for my next rental! They were amazing!!!

I have rented many vehicles over the years from numerous companies including many trucks and trailers. Renting a truck from Enterprise was the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced. Jacob did an excellent job of explaining the process thoroughly, executed the contract in a timely manner, and overall did a great job from start to finish. The truck was in excellent condition, ran great, and enabled me to complete an important project with no issues whatsoever. Great job Enterprise, looking forward to working with you again.
