  They were still taking reservations.When they had no vehicles available .We did not know this until we showed up to get the car. My husband had to take extra day off work.And get one the following day.But they did upgrade us for the same price.

  ignored the phone for 30 minutes ( or picked up and immidiately placed on hold without a single word) then lied about having NO inventory at all, in the entire town... i began calling at 5, they finally answered around 5:30 but when i said we are almost there is anything available, he started of the conversation with "we're closing in 9 minutes so... we we dont have anything available" (5:30+9minutes does not equal 6pm)... either the business needs to fire him for not stocking proper inventory for their customer base or fire him for lying to his customers, pick one. Either way, get someone who can do the job right.

  I’ve called them at least 10 times trying to confirm a rental. I was told by an employee at another location they are too busy to take calls at the Campbell location so you can’t call them. I have had a reservation for a truck for a month and was told they can’t guarantee they will have it in a week. I would uber or walk before I used Enterprise again. Under no circumstances would I recommend this place. Give your business to someone that can call back or answer the phone and actually knows how to reserve a vehicle. As you can see below now they are ready to help. Not only that they left a todo list for me. Another indication what kind of company this is.

  Cody provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made the rental process smooth and easy. He took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured everything was taken care of. I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help.   Can't say enough about this location. Ayoub and Madison were slammed with customers and handled it with extreme professionalism, even if the customers didn't. They made sure each person, including me, we're taken care of completely and handed a clean car. Thanks so much for all your help.
