  2 for 2 on cars reserved in advance and showing up to nothing available and waiting over an hour to get a car. Not sure why there’s a disconnect from a car rental business, specifically this location, in being prepared for rentals they know about in advance. Based on these experiences will not be using this branch and will advise anyone looking for a rental to stay away, if you decide to rent here make sure you don’t have tight plans or anywhere to be and want to hang out waiting for an unknown amount of time to get what you reserved in advance.

  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. This is now the second reservation in a row that Enterprise has failed to honor. After what happened the first time, I specifically took extra time when making this reservation to explain my concern and confirm that a vehicle would actually be available. I was assured that it would be. When the time came, Enterprise once again failed to deliver on that commitment. As a businessperson, I understand that unexpected problems happen. What I expect from a vendor, however, is that when they make a commitment—especially after being specifically asked to confirm it—I can rely on them to follow through. Two consecutive failures to honor confirmed reservations make it very difficult for me to trust Enterprise for future business travel. A reservation should mean more than simply taking your name and hoping a car is available when you arrive. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, Enterprise simply cannot be counted on to honor its commitments.

  I’ve rented from here multiple times. Management and staff are exceptional but they are always low on vehicles or have none avaliable. I’ve had a few vehicles there were given to me in bad condition, cigarette smell, keyfobs not working and in pieces etc. Seems as if online and on the app it allows people to continue booking for vehicle reservations when they don’t have any in store. It’s also extremely extremely rare to get anyone on the phone as they are pretty much always very busy and seemingly short staffed.

  Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called ahead to make a reservation and explicitly informed them I was traveling in from Whiteman Air Force Base and would arrive right around 6:00 PM. I was explicitly assured that I was good to go and that they would wait up to two hours for my arrival. At 5:45 PM—15 minutes before arrival and after driving all that way—I got a call saying they might not have a vehicle due to a shortage of returns. I reminded them of our agreement, and the representative said he would 'see what he could do.' When I walked through the door, they simply told me I was out of luck and shuffled us right out. Zero accountability, zero effort to make things right, and complete disregard for customer time and military travelers. Avoid this location.
