  If I could give the location 0 stars, or even negative stars, that's what I would select. I made a reservation last year, for the specific time called and checked up twice to ensure that they would have the vehicle. I reserved available took off work to go pick up said vehicle after my wife literally called and talked to them. The day we were coming to pick it up for a third time, contacting them. Just to be told they didn't have the vehicle that we wanted to rent. That we reserved to rent. I could understand if it was a one off, but we called and checked in three separate times and I still let us come all the way to the office to be told.There's no car.

  I made an appt for a car that was being paid for by another insurance company. I asked when I made the appointment for a larger vehicle, that I would pay the difference. On the day of the appt my mother passed and I canceled the appt. I call the main Enterprise number and made another appt for later in the week. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the employee told me I canceled and it was marked will call. I explained I made an appt. He continued to argue with me that I did not have an appt and that he would not have a vehicle until late afternoon. As we were leaving, another employee came to our car to ask why there was an issue. I explained again and this employee checked his Ipad and told me that "my husband had probably canceled the appt". I informed him that my husband passed 16 years ago so I doubted that happened, that their call center did not make the second appt. After finally obtaining a vehicle and returning it, Emily, the branch manager called to ask if I was happy. I explained no and why and she agreed that they needed to do some followup customer service training. She made the situation better by dealing with my charges. Enterprise as an overall company also needs to work on their call center that makes appts.
