  Confirmed with someone on the phone that I would be able to pay with MY DEBIT MASTERCARD at least 3 times on the phone, get there can’t do it wasted my time and made my trip start off like shit.

  DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This place is a joke, they are not helpful whatsoever. They do not communicate anything at all. I called one day and told them that there were items that needed to be retrieved from one of their cars that broke down and needed to be towed. They told me okay it’ll be here when you get here. I drove nearly 4 hours and when I arrived they said all of my stuff got thrown out and basically said to go kick rocks. Not only this but the replacement rental for the one that got towed smells like cat piss so I asked for a replacement during the same phone call. After the 4 hour drive round trip not only did they throw my stuff out but they also said they have no cars availiable for a replacement. After all this, I have called support multiple times to you know try to get some help of some sort and they would constatntly start “trying to help” then I would get hung up on randomly with no calls back. Enterprise is a joke of a company AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  Easy to reserve, pickup, and drop off vehicles. We will never use any other rental vehicles other than Enterprise!

  Reserved a car at one location and they didn't have one. I was sent to another location and after waiting in line for a while I was told that I can't rent a car because my card has debit or credit on it. I wasted a good part of my day. They asked me on the phone about credit or debit. Didn't say anything about the card needing to say credit only. I definitely will never use this company again!!!!!

  I had a terrible experience with Geico’s rental car service through Enterprise. Geico promised the car would be ready in an hour, but we waited all day until 5 PM with no car ready. When we finally went to pick it up, they refused to accept my driver’s license because of a small crack, even though it scanned fine and is valid. The employee’s claim that the license isn’t valid if cracked is false, as confirmed by my father-in-law, a police chief. Enterprise also gave incorrect information about their policies. If you have issues with the Springfield locations, Geico acknowledges multiple complaints. There are many rental options in town; avoid Enterprise if you want to save stress.
