Had a very good experience with enterprise! Most likely we will be a return customer, I will say much better experience than when we went through Avis😩 never again will we go through Avis!

We rented locally for a road trip to multiple national parks. I have rented multiple times from various companies and this was truly the best experience. Both pick up and return were quick and easy. The customer service was great. At pick up the Enterprise representative noticed we were local and inquired about our trip to ensure we had the right vehicle and services. Truly a wonderful experience. Would rent from Enterprise at the Springfield/Branson Airport again.

I have now been calling for 10 days asking about a lost and found and as yet after 19 phone calls to the location (happy to share phone records) no one has answered or returned my call. I also called head office for Enterprise who said they emailed the location and they would call me. As yet, I have not received a call. There was an item left in the rental that was in excess of $300 I would change rating if someone would just call me back and tell me if they have it or not. Kim, I've done this already. They reached out to you to contact me (or that's what they said) and no one has done this. How do I call you to get my item back?

Do not rent from this location. They are terrible. I rented a vehicle through Priceline with them. I needed hand controls put on the vehicle as I have a disability. I know Enterprise can do this cause did this at least twice before and had no problem. I reserved over a month ago and called them 5 days before my trip to confirm everything and was told everything was good and would be no problem. I traveled all the way from Virginia only to arrive at the airport and Enterprise informs me that they couldn't get the car. They didn't try to help in anyway. I had to go to Hertz and wait 4 hours while they bent over backwards and got a car for me. They are terrible.
