  Airport rentals were high. At branson 35 miles away, much cheaper even if return car to airport

  We rented from the Springfield Branson airport onsite and were very pleased with the GMC Terrain. It was clean, well equipped and drove our family of 4 very well.

  Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. I had an insurance rental from the sunshine location that started having mechanical issues. Called Roadside and they told me to exchange it at the airport location. Limped my way to the airport location and they gave me a Mitsubishi Mirage. Got out to the rental and the front end was very floppy. You could touch the bumper and bumper headlights and fenders all flopped up and down. Headlights were barely attached. Not a good candidate to be renting out. Went back in to request something else and was told that's how compact cars are. What?!? This had been in a wreck of some kind and was not properly fixed. They gave me a hard time before giving me another Mitsubishi Mirage. NO Sorry for all the trouble acted like I was just a nuisance. Sorry your cars are junk. Just wanted a decent vehicle while getting mine fixed. Not a rent a wreck.

  evidently the term Enterprise is some sort of code language for we do not answer the phone. Very sad. Cannot really rate the service because they will not answer the phone. Everything goes to corporate and then it hangs up on you. Update 6/8/26: I followed the owner's instructions below, and it only confirmed my original review. First, I called customer service; the agent was very difficult to understand due to a language barrier, and I was disconnected after a few minutes. Next, I tried the online chat. The first session timed me out for "inactivity" immediately after I responded to the 'Hello' with why I was contacting Chat. During the second chat, the agent was polite but completely unable to help me get in touch with anyone. They talked in circles and eventually admitted that the "Nellie" response below is just an automated script. Enterprise is pretending to listen publicly while offering zero actual support privately.
