  Excellent customer service. After the Springfield hailstorm that triggered a rush on rentals, I still recieved great and helpful customer service as soon as the local branch had stock available. The first rental I got had a smoke problem, but they made it a quick and easy process to change cars. Steller customer service in spite of having to deal with a sudden influx of customers.

  I have a Family of 7 booked my rental with them last week and confirmed this morning before dropping my van off to be repaired got here ar 4 to pick up my rental and they had nothing avalible... they just lie to you over the phone and are no help in person when they know they lie to you.

  Called earlier to confirm my reservation and was told to come in at 4 with my ID, insurance and a card. I showed up just to be told that they didn’t have anything and wouldn’t until later next week. I had someone take off work to drive me there and I wasted gas just to be sent way after the employee told me I was good to come in when I called. They were no help even though it was a mistake on their end.

  After being a loyal Enterprise customer for years I was highly disappointed with my last rental . Just because there was a hail storm in the area does not mean all cars received hail damage. Especially if the car was garage kept. Enclosed are pictures of my silver Malibu which did receive hail damage and the alleged hail damaged red Mitsubishi.

  I’ve used this branch/location twice in a 3 month period. The first time in January. Of 2026, they were fantastic. Simple, in and out. No issues or hold ups. Skip to April of 2026. The hail storm that totaled most of Springfield’s cars. Mine included. My reservation from the other location wasn’t going to workout, and Cam the manager at this branch was fantastic. He handled my overwhelmed, very postpartum nervous self who had walked in, tears in eyes from another location encounter. He took less than 20 minutes to problem solve our issue, and get myself and my newborn into a rental for the week. He was kind and level headed. And boy do I appreciate someone who can not only do their job, but do it during a weather catastrophe like this hail, with a smile and kindness. Thank you Kearney team, and Cam!
