  I had an excellent experience working with Kiano. My vehicle unexpectedly broke down, and Kiano went above and beyond to help get me switched out of the vehicle and back on the road. He was professional, responsive, understanding, and made what could have been a very stressful situation smooth and easy. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and Kiano truly deserves recognition for taking care of his customers. Thank you, Kiano, for the outstanding service and for making sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Rental was fine. But, since it was Sunday, I couldn't validate my insurance and had to buy Enterprise's at an extreme amount.

  I was very disappointed with the condition of the car...There were no front hubcaps on the car which made it totally embarrassing for me to drive the thing so I felt limited to be able to even go out anywhere because of how ghetto it looked...It was dirty on the outside which I asked about...The check engine light was on as well as some other lights and was told it was ok... Not to mention the brakes made a terrible sound as I backed out of the garage.. I had it rented for two weeks while my car (Nissan Altama) was being fixed but PRAISE THE LORD I only needed it for a week and a day and was charged three hundred dollars and some change for something I really couldn't enjoy... (My family laughed so hard they cried)...I've rented from here before but this was by far the worst car I have ever gotten... I couldn't believe that you would rent anything out looking like that ...I'm still smh... Aside from all that the workers were great even with me mentioning the condition of the car... Very kind and friendly .,.. sorry for the unkindly review but I just didn't feel the price fit the car...

  I had a terrible experience with Geico’s rental car service through Enterprise on Kearney. Geico promised the car would be ready in an hour, but we waited all day until 5 PM with no car ready. When we finally went to pick it up, they refused to accept my driver’s license because of a small crack, even though it scanned fine and is valid. The employee’s claim that the license isn’t valid if cracked is false, as confirmed by my father-in-law, a police chief. Enterprise also gave incorrect information about their policies. If you have issues with the Springfield locations, Geico acknowledges multiple complaints. In addition, we returned the next morning with a perfect license. Cam could not find the reservation and his co-worker was mocking us with an attitude. They refused to let us speak to the district manager. There are many rental options in town; avoid Enterprise on Kearney if you want to save stress. We have also filed a complaint with corporate Enterprise.
