- BPbrendon price3 days ago1.0I booked my rental through USAA and was told that if I pay with a debit card I would have to pay a 300 deposit, which was fine. However, upon arrival they wanted two utility bills because of "FRAUD" problems they have been having I live downtown at Park East and offered my ledger but that wasnt good enough which is crazy because how am I commiting a problem when I booked through USAA MY ID MATCHES MY BOOKING AND MY DEBIT CARD. Plus why would they waste my time like this i was getting the rental to go to a funeral and now i may not be able to go. Theres a bunch of other ways to combat fraud I feel like this region needs more ways to verify and not just using that as the only method because there are people who have apartments with their electric included now. The GM was nice and professional. But these people running this region need to do more and i hate having my time wasted.

I was lucky to get D'Andre this time and he made the whole process actually enjoyable. How do you even do that? I don't know but he did. Josie was also extremely helpful when we got a vehicle that needed serviced so we had to swap. The whole staff made it actually easy. From now on, I will be going to this location every single time. No question about it.
