  Cody and Josie are the best in the business!!! Really I can't give enough stars for how helpful and awesome they have been. 10 stars for customer service 👌I will definitely be using this enterprise.

  One of the most ridiculous places I have ever seen to rent a car!! The car needed serviced and they told me to take it and have it serviced at Firestone. Which it should of been serviced before it was even sent out!! When called Firestone they said I could bring it to get serviced but would probably take 3-4 hours because Enterprise was hard to deal with!! And the people that work there are rude as hell!! They also can't tell you the truth!! Was to get another rental on 10/13/2026 and was set up by insurance company and they were like deer in headlights!! Couldn't find my reservation which was set up on Friday 10/9/2026 by my insurance company. On that Friday I called to confirm everything and they said everything was good to go be there between 8:30 and 9:00 am I got there and no cars and kept saying I wasn't suppose to be there until 6 pm and that's when they close. Kept making excuses very unprofessional!! Waiting on corporate to call was suppose to expedite it and it's already been 3 hours that really seems like it was expedited!! Left with no vehicle!!!

  Grace is horrible! She was so rude and told my grandmother who is 90, and my baby and I stand in the rain while waiting for an uber after she refused to rent a vehicle to me. My enterprise account is in good standing but she told em id have to come back in days when my trip was over. Her coworker assisted in kicking us out and locking us out when i simply asked what the balance was

  Grace is the absolute worst. Please stay away from this location!! She let me book a reservation over the phone, i hired a baby sitter and ubered to pick up the rental where she told me she wouldnt rent to me, then says she wont loan me the car due to a balance. Any balance i have is clear on enterprise and is shown on my aacounts but she wouldnt and told me i can call a number in 48 hours and the hold will be moved in an additional 48 hours. She then told me i and my 90 year old grandmother we had to wait outside in the rain because i asked to speak to a manager and asked why i was able to make the reservation if they wont rent. She wouldnt even tell me the charge, or let another person in my party rent. Again, i incurred a $30 expense because i ubered here and back for no reason
