- BRBrian Rader4 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience with Bass Pro Shops in Springfield. We drove from out of state to look at a used Regency tritoon they had for sale. A Bass Pro representative specifically told me the boat came with a 3-year warranty. That was a major factor in considering the purchase, especially since this was a former rental boat with approximately 338 hours. After making the trip and seriously considering purchasing the boat, I learned the 3-year warranty was NOT included and would have to be purchased separately. When you’re talking about spending nearly $50,000, warranty information isn’t a minor detail—it materially affects the value of the purchase. I gave Bass Pro management an opportunity to make things right and offered to purchase the boat for a fair price with the 3-year warranty included. Unfortunately, I never received a response back. Mistakes happen, but customers should be able to rely on information provided by company representatives before driving hours from out of state and considering a purchase of this size. If you’re considering buying one of Bass Pro’s former rental boats, I strongly recommend getting every detail regarding the warranty in writing before making the trip

In under 2 minutes from the moment I hit call, they had a pdf of the wiring diagram I was looking for in my email. Easily the best customer service experience I've had in yhe last 10+ years. No BS, no asking for extra details, no sales pitch to listen to, they just sent me what I was looking for without any crap. When I need parts for my 98 Pro Deep v17, they are who im going to buy from, no question. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Ben
- HMHolly MorrisAug 8, 20264.0There was a lot to look at. Who doesn't want to dream a little. Make sure to visit the aquarium & museum also. We enjoy the camping isles. Clothes, toys, camping, huntingand more. The gun exhibit was nice also. We had a shark tank cage dive. So, we did not see it all.
