- GRGertMolly RoetsMay 9, 20261.0Bad experience! Bad Service! Reserve somewhere else. I reserved a luxury car, Crysler 300 (or similar) vehicle for myself and 2 other passengers. Upon arrival at Springfield MO airport (SGF), I checked in, got my car and walked to parking lot to pick up the car. It was a 2 seater! I walked back and talked to the staff. I said I reserved a Crysler 300 (or similar) car, she stated that is what I received. I said there is a big difference between a 2 seater and a regular 5 seater sedan. Her reply: “we can go round and round all day, that’s what you reserved, that’s what you got” I was told at midnight, she can issue me a refund or take the car!! If you can, go next door and avoid Alamo and National (same office runs both). Go next door, better service! End of story: They rebooked me with a mid size sedan at the SAME price!! Sorry, but I do not call that customer service! Terrible. Spoiled my whole weekend.
