    First off, they charged $517 for a support bracket which is essentially just a 5 foot long metal bar. And thats just for the part alone. Secondly, they either didnt install it correctly, or installed a bar that was too small. Huge safety hazard going down the road with how much it wobbles now. (See attached video) Overpriced, low quality work. Truckers beware.

    I recently brought my truck into this Peterbilt shop for service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the front desk associates were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming—they made the whole process smooth and stress-free right away. The service staff was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to understand exactly what was going on with my truck, and clearly knew their craft. What really stood out was how quickly they diagnosed and fixed the issue without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find a shop that combines excellent customer service, expert technicians, and fast turnaround like this. If I’ve had truck issues in the past, I wish I had come here sooner—and for any problems I have in the future, this will absolutely be my first stop. Five-star service all around. Very happy customer!

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THIS PLACE..My Truck went down.. Transmission jumps to neutral, Had it Towed into Siketons Peterbilt.. on the 27th today is May 1st. Was told it needed a pin Connector, authorize this.. call a twice a day.. was told they not sure where the parts are! So the manager of Parts told me he had No information and his answer was to call back another day! Finally got Parts in. Only to be told, that’s just the start of the diagnosing.. (guess work) so I’m told we don’t know when it will be ready, told the driver to check back into a hotel and let’s get thru today..

    Great group of folks there. From techs, shop foreman day and night shift, service manager and advisors. Had electrical issue and I was in and out in a less then a day.
