  This place seems like it has nice people but when they don’t want to help you or try to find another solution they just don’t. They’ve told the insurance company I opted in for the upgrade when I indeed had no other option but to choose a car or be car-less. After 2 months of paying for rental cars, I’ve lost $516 I can not get back. Thanks enterprise in sikeston.

  Worst rental experience of my life. Had to wait almost 40 minutes for worker to show up just to find out they didn’t even have what I reserved. Had to cancel my whole vacation as rental places close at noon on Saturday and my pick up was 11, well 11:30 or so by the time they showed up. Thank you enterprise for ruining my vacation

  Enterprise is Sikeston is a J O K E!! My mom “has” a reservation for a car via her insurance company. We get here an hour before closing 11am and this is the sign that’s on the door. — There's a total of 3 customers outside waiting for an employee to show up. One of the customers had been here at least 15min before us and one came 10min after us. There’s also not ONE available vehicle for someone to use. I rather yall close the doors for good here, bc what kind of job allows people to lock doors as if they’re the personal owner?? Yall trash and so is the employee who left today. — and even in the event of an emergency, SAY THAT!! “At the body shop…” on a Saturday. No time of leaving or return. Nah, yall staff just trash and apparently like the quality of customer service. Ha, edit to note. The staff returned at 11:35am smiling and giggling stating she had to give a customer a ride…but the sign on the door says… then to say, she knew she only had now 2 cars (van and truck, drove the truck in like a bat out of hell) earlier this morning. Ma’am, sooo you knew you had -1 vehicles didn’t try to reach out to the two people who had reservations. AND ANOTHER THING!! If you’re the only employee there. Why are you locking up to take a customer down the street, excuse me I mean to the “Body Shop” knowing you had other business coming in? I know everyone needs a job, but this is not the one for that staff…May you find a better suiting position. There apparently needs to be a hiring sign on the door instead bc she confirmed that vehicle shortage, customer service and staffing shortages are out of her hands. AND THE BUILDING IS DIRTY!…vacuum the carpets please.

  I just want to say Cheyenne is amazing. When we came in after a major car accident, she was swamped with people wanting to pick up, make rental reservations, & drop off cars. She politely & calmly worked with each customer at a time. It’s a busy office & I don’t know jow she handles it all, but she does! 😊 She deserves the pay of two people.

  Cheyenne was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure our family got the rental we had reserved. Her customer service was exceptional—she was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. She turned what could have been a terrible experience into a great one, and because of her, we were able to make our trip as planned. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Taylor, was very different. She attempted to give our reserved rental to another customer, which nearly caused us to miss our trip. It was an incredibly stressful situation that could have been avoided. Thankfully, Cheyenne stepped in, advocated for us, and made sure we received the vehicle we had reserved. Cheyenne is a true asset to Enterprise, and she deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provided. If it weren’t for her, our trip would have been ruined. Thank you, Cheyenne, for going the extra mile!
