  Very rude, refused my car when I pay monthly! Did the same thing to my husband after we showed our payment with online banking on our phones that we had paid for the month! The two blonde girls didn’t even want to fix the problem, and didn’t have the right vehicles on our account ! 8/12/2026 at 4:15 if the owners wants to know the employees that took our business away from you! I’ve gave you my business since you’ve opened the doors and you hired 2 people that slammed the window when they knew they were wrong! Entitled little girls that don’t believe they have to do the job they’re paid for! I’ve referred a minimum of 10 to 15 people and I’ll be contacting them as well

  This place is a joke, they wouldn’t let me in because they said I didn’t pay( I showed them my online banking that they had taken it out)! They were rude and said they didn’t care! I’ve used them with a membership since they opened the doors! I’ve contacted my bank telling them the problem and they said they won’t get another payment and will go after them if try to take anything else. I asked for the owners contact information and they said they wouldn’t give me that! They won’t be open very much longer as you see their reviews, sad because I don’t believe it’s the owners fault, it’s the people they hire! Both girls were offended when I showed them they were wrong and slammed the window instead of resolving the problem! Entitled people that don’t understand who pays their check

  My husband got a carwash at. The Warrensburg location Yesterday and our van looked dirty after he went through. There was no prewash. So we assumed it was a fluke because it had been a couple weeks since we got our van washed. So today I went through the Tommy's carwash in Sedalia. Again No prewash, after I went through the sides and front of our van looks awesome but the back of our van is still dirty. I am just. Wondering how you heck can the car wish not get the back of the van? I won't be coming back again the other carwashes in Sedalia do a much better job bring your vehicles there.

  $15 dollar car wash with disappointing results. I made it thru and bird poop is still on my hood.

  Great car wash, my toddler’s favorite! We’ve been going at least a few times a day cuz he keeps asking to go. My car has never been cleaner 😅
