- KFKatie France3 days ago1.0The worst customer service I have ever experienced.They broke something in my car and refused to fix it. Tried calling the store maybe 20 times, no answer. (I live 40 minutes away) I even went in and spoke to the manager about my situation, but also to make sure I was calling the correct number. I was. I had to get in contact with a manager at a different Safelite location just to get this manager to call me. Each time I spoke with her she was the least helpful person I have ever encountered. Not one ounce of her being wanted to help me. I eventually had to get my insurance involved and they wouldn’t answer their calls either. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this location. I’d rather pay more to a local business that actually cares about their customers than ever consider coming here again. Everyone I have shared my experience with feels the same way.
