He knows his products and exactly what the customer wants. No pressure and excellent to communicate with. He even went out of his way to get our deal done in a timely manner and answered any questions we had.

We waited over 15 minutes to get the item bought, even though there were 6 employees wandering around inside. They claimed we had to wait for one of the 2 guys "unloading" outside to run the register. Nobody called them in even though other customers were waiting by then. I saw one of the guys outside go to a trailer with a forklift, park, then disappear inside the trailer.

- LHLeslie HaysMay 1, 20261.0We placed a deposit on a fifth wheel toy hauler. We were told it would hold the trailer for 30 days. Within that time frame (we are out of town buyers) we looked at the trailer and it was not ready to be sold. We had been working with them to get all the issues corrected and was told recently the unit was ready. We made arrangements to come back within the 30 day time frame and before we could get there they sold the trailer out from under us to someone else without contacting us. Long story short they wanted it sold before the end of the month and did just that even though there was time left on our 30 days and we were scheduled to pick it up within a week. Buyer beware!! I wouldn't recommend you do business with this Camping World. They have questionable business practices.
