Enterprise typically holds reservations for a period after your scheduled pickup time, for two hours.

The person working was overwhelmed and the place was crazy busy. They were unable to get another vehicle or provide any support or advice to go to another branch. I tried to call corporate number and they said the regional manager would help check the fleet. But I sat in the office for two hours and never received any support. Very frustrating experience. Enterprise asked me to reach out. I did call three times and no help.
