  The staff here is generally helpful and knowledgeable, which is great when you need assistance finding parts. However, I've noticed that sometimes the wait time at the counter can be a bit long, especially during busy hours. Overall, it's a decent spot for auto parts, just be prepared for a little patience.

  The Auto Zone in St Robert, MO is simply the best. Jim is an amazing person. I stop in due to some vehicle issues. Jim dedicated his time to perform a detailed service check. In addition, to repairing the issue on the spot for me. This surpass outstanding customer service, but a reflection of deep care and consideration to assist in a time of need. Jim is a special person with a Godly heart serving others. What a blessing Jim was for me. He didn’t have to do what he did for me. And I’m appreciative of Jim. Jim is a blessing and spirit that reflects love. Thank you.
