  Very friendly and prompt service! They were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Very communicative and were willing to work with my schedule for pickup. Also very easily got from Novak’s to Enterprise to pick up my rental.

  I will only go to Novak’s Collision Center for any future car repairs. When someone ran into my front quarter panel, Novak’s helped to arrange a rental car for me and had it delivered to the shop when I dropped my car off. Repairs were flawless and the car was returned cleaner than when I left it- not just the side that was hit and repaired. The owners then worked to arrange the return of the rental car. I really will never go anywhere else!

  I had time to put some bullet points together about my experience because I'm stranded in their parking lot. I was supposed to be picking up my car while the business is closed by using my key fob to gain access to the vehicle and the key locked inside, per the conversation with novak's. Instead, I'm waiting for someone to bring me my spare. Since I had to rely on a ride from the rental company who dropped me off, I'm stranded until someone is free. First time i picked up my vehicle the check engine light was on and the work was incomplete. Went back up and they took it around back. Sent me on my way about 20 minutes later stating it was all set. Left again and heard a loud bang in the back. I was told i could bring the car back in. I have already missed enough work and planned to when time would allow. State Farm sent an inspector who wanted me to get the car back in as soon as possible for the poor repair work and an alignment that should have already been done. Received a call late the next day while on my way to work stating that my car was done earlier that day. There was a sense of urgency to pick it up despite the late call. Since the shop was closed the next day they offered to lock the key in the car which I could access using my key fob. The key was not in the car. No one available for contact. It was bad enough that i had to bring my vehicle back in to have the repairs that were poorly executed finished and to have the alignment that i was told had to be performed with frame damage done. Now I'm sitting here in dead of winter with the option to wait or walk somewhere. I also need to find the time to pick up my key despite going out of my way already to pick the car up for a second time. HOPEFULLY the work is complete this time. I chose this place based on the reviews i read and quality of work the website claimed. I hope this isn't a normal circumstance. update: The work was not complete. There has been a persistent rattle coming from the rear. A State Farm inspector claimed it was a wheel bearing and that I would need to take it to a mechanic to verify that it was from the collision. The mechanic found a loose rear bumper reinforcement. There was no issue with the wheel bearing luckily. I also found standing water in my trunk. That was verified as an incorrectly installed trunk seal. I've yet to file my depreciated value claim and be done with this mess because it seems like the error in work is still present.
