  This enterprise location is THE BEST! I’ve been coming here frequently for work travels for over a year. Everyone has been extremely helpful and kind. I can’t say a single bad word about anyone who has worked here. The most recent Asst. Branch Manager Grace has been INCREDIBLE since she came to this location. I truly appreciate all the staff members. You guys are such hard workers and I appreciate everyone!

  The cars at this location are not in great shape. During my visit today, I noticed a few vehicles smelled like smoke and the car seats desperately needed shampooing. The only decent option available, which I ended up renting, is misaligned and pulls heavily to the right. While they were very thorough about inspecting the exterior for dents or scratches and making me sign off before leaving, they clearly didn’t do the same level of inspection before giving me the keys. No discount or “make it right” culture. On the positive side, it wasn't crowded and I was the only customer there at the time of pickup, so the process was relatively quick.

  I rented a mid size suv, Nissan rogue or SIMILAR. I get a jeep, which pulls to the left and shakes terribly above 60mph. I tell the guy this and they basically said so sad too bad. After 4 hours I finally get someone to swap it out at another location but now I'm paying mid size price for a rogue with features and got a bare bones Mitsubishi. Crap service. Have been using this location for a long time, as I hate putting miles on my car but love road trips. Never again. They have no problem telling you an unsafe car is fine and trying to upsell it because it has 4x4 treating me like a dumb woman. What will 4x4 do if the car clearly needs an alignment and tire balance.
