  They get people in and out even on busy days! They handles being over booked very well and stayed consistent with all customers! Very kind and efficient!

  I rented a mid size suv, Nissan rogue or SIMILAR. I get a jeep, which pulls to the left and shakes terribly above 60mph. I tell the guy this and they basically said so sad too bad. After 4 hours I finally get someone to swap it out at another location but now I'm paying mid size price for a rogue with features and got a bare bones Mitsubishi. Crap service. Have been using this location for a long time, as I hate putting miles on my car but love road trips. Never again. They have no problem telling you an unsafe car is fine and trying to upsell it because it has 4x4 treating me like a dumb woman. What will 4x4 do if the car clearly needs an alignment and tire balance.

  Never got picked up from body shop as promised, waited 2 hours for a car that I reserved a week prior, was not kept informed about delays, and car that was finally given to me had a sticky steering wheel and what looked like melted milkshake on the console. Management reached out after the experience to apologize, but I won't take a chance on them a third time.

  A family friend accidentally dropped their house keys off into the overnight drop box when returning their rental car keys and asked if I could pick them up. The attendant behind the desk stated that there was an overdue balance and would not release the keys until it was paid. When a law enforcement officer got involved, his reasoning changed to the fact that I wasn't the owners of the keys. A quick call to the owner allowed me to collect the keys on their behalf, but the whole interaction seemed troublesome and unprofessional enough that I know I will exhaust all other resources before considering renting from Enterprise and I would encourage others to do the same.

  I've never been treated so badly by a manager of a place as I did with their st. Peters manager and im disabled charged when it was accident and not my fault.... he was disrespectful and rude and treated as if I was a poor loser, yes I am poor but no lower. He charged me when both insurance companies had been.paying and was asked by insurance companies to give me the discount price when I had to pay out if pocket he would not I was told to cone in a redo contact and he advised me when I got t here with the vehicle loaded with my stuff cause I have been staying in Motels for sonetime he advised that I needed to give him another 600 dollars to take the vehicle back with me till I could replace my vehicle, so all my stuff and I were put out in a storage bin place and left with no regards to a place fir me to stay or for a medicine that I need to goto office every morning to get and weekend doses or I'm very b sick and this is for a bad hip I'm awaiting a replacement for and my bad leg us 3inches shorter than the other. So I'm devastated as to the accident but as the treatment I've received from the help I needed.
