  Called and inquired about tires as I needed them the same day but couldn't sit around with a 4 year old. Shawn or Steve called me to come in once the tires showed up and we were in and out within 2 hours. I also got an emissions and inspection too. The staff was very professional and the bathroom was clean!!

  Everyone there was super nice and professional. The website said it might take over a day for all of the services I needed, but they had it done by end of day (and I dropped it off at about 12:45). Super happy, and I'll be going back.

  I called and got right in for an emissions test. I waited for them to do what they do and it was a quick turnaround. I usually go to a different dobbs but may need to switch to the cave springs location. Great customer service all around!! A++++

  The Dobbs on Old Smizer Mill Rd, Fenton, MO had replaced my RF tire 2 years ago and it has been great. Not to mention that it was inexpensive and well within my budget. And service was top notch! But recently my LF tire and wheel had been destroyed. (l don't know which suffered the most, the curb or my tire.) So I bought a used wheel on eBay. But I needed a tire to match the existing RF which has performed very well. I found it on their website at the same great price so I contacted Dobbs in my neighborhood, St. Peters, and was told it was in stock. But the used wheel had a broken TPMS sensor and the one in the ruined wheel was DOA. A new one would cost $100. But the manager, Jordan Walker, gave me a 50% discount on the new TPMS module as well as incredible, stress-free service. He even had the tech pull the tire off for disposal and waived the $5 fee. (This way I can sell the wheel.) Nick, the tech, was also great to work with. Overall, service was fast, professional, and top-notch from beginning to end. I highly recommend both locations and will return for 2 additional tires and more work. Kudos!!!

  So my friend was so disrespected by this place. She came out crying they wouldn't help her even though she spoke to them the day before. The man she spoke to was making fun of her name. They did safety and emissions she was returning after having the required issues fixed, they wouldn't even listen to her.
