  Been coming here for years since they are right down the street and convenient, but I will no longer be coming here for anything. Their customer service has always been iffy, but I over looked it since things were done in a timely manner and done well. This can not be said anymore. The quality of their service has severely declined recently. It seems like all the previous workers have moved to a different store or left. I dropped my car off for a new tire, rim, and inspection to see if anything else was damaged. I was told that it could be done that day depending on when the parts would arrive, but they would call me to keep me updated. I never got a call so I called them, they told me it got pushed back to the next day and would keep me updated. ok. It's almost closing time the next day, never got a call so I call them. I'm told it got pushed back to the next day and they would keep me updated. ok. That Monday comes around where they said it would be looked at, and again, no call. I call them to ask what's going on, why does it keep getting delayed, has my car even been looked at, and I'm told "I don't know, we'll call you once we know." I tell the person on the phone that I need to know when it will be done so I can get a rental if needed, and yet I'm just told "I don't know." Eventually we go up to talk to them in person since communication over the phone has not been working. We're told that the reason for the constant delays is because of an outstanding bill with their partner they get their parts from... Incredibly unprofessional. Horrible communication skills. The cherry on top, when I finally go to pick up my car, there's another person in line who they screwed over as well.

  Well I had to give it a 1 star bc there no option for 0 stars. Rude employees don’t go there. If you need tires go to discount tire if you need oil change go to instant oil change. Any other problems go to your local dealership bc there you will be treated with respect.

  Went to get a camber pin kit replaced. Told them it was an emergency and they wanted to take advantage of it. They wanted $1700 for half days worth of labor. When I went to pick up my keys for no service done, the guy up front seemed mad. They’ll take advantage of you if you let them. 2 other shops priced me under half of theirs. Never going back there.

  Transmission service was subcontracted out. No issues with the repair so far; however, a new Ford transmission was supposed to be installed and instead a rebuilt transmission was. Dobbs extended the warranty for me but it led to issues with payment from my warranty provider
