  I just had the best experience by one of your employees: Torrie. My AC was not working and I came in looking for a fix. Torrie explained the different options brought me the Sub Zero product to recharge my AC, and shared the price. I was hesitant, and wanted to consult my husband, he was understanding and then went above and beyond to come to my car and test my AC with a gauge. He showed me that the product would be worth the money and I was sold! I came in bought the product, and some others and then Torrie again went out of his way to help me and showed me how to recharge my AC if it ever happened again. Great employees that go ABOVE and beyond the job description are so hard to find. AutoZone you won the lottery having Torrie work for you guys the past 13 years! I’m so thankful and will be telling everyone I know to trust AutoZone with all car needs! I tagged AutoZone in my TikTok: @findingjoy7465 This experience brought me joy!

  If I could give no stars I would. I ordered online for an airfilter for my car. Thinking it would be ready in an hr or so. Boy was I wrong. I waited five hrs and still nothing. When I would call up there they would say we are still working on that order. What do you mean its an airfilter, I didn't need you to built it for me. So I call the 1 800 number to cancel, spike with ADAM and he said he got it canceled for me. This was all on .2.19 here we are Friday and my acct said that the money was taken from my acct, go back online to check this order land it says its ready to be picked up, but how I canceled it on thursday?? Call autozone and they said oh we don't deal with that on this end you have to call the 1800 number again. We are done with autozone, this is the third time we have had issues with this autozone. Oh and when I logged in to check the order to see why it wasn't canceled. Well it says its ready to be picked up, ummm I never received and email like they said I would to let mennnow it was ready to be picked up! Yall need to reevaluate who you have working here bc its lazy ppl. Bye AZ.

  Mya and Caleb were both extremely helpful. I really want to thank Mya for helping replace my battery. It was freezing cold and Mya came out to help us replace the battery without us asking. 100% the friendliest staff!
