  Did exterior basic wash for 12. Guy that helped me was nice. Went into car wash. Part of the machines weren’t moving on the right side. Wash was done and I looked in my rearview mirror to see half of my back window still dusty, and car was not dry at all. Still basically soaking wet. Got out to wipe down the car down and not satisfied with wash. Still lots of dirt left on the bottom of the car, crevices on fog lights, even the license plate was still filthy, etc. Would not recommend. Go somewhere (anywhere) else.

  Tommy was very helpful in getting me a car wash membership and even saved me some money by getting one! Very professional and so was his female coworker!

  There's a huge pothole just outside the wash bay that you can't see when you exit - so your clean car gets some nice mud on it as soon as it's washed. The brushes that go over the top of the vehicle have about a 6" gap between them right down the middle, so it always leaves a dirty streak down the middle of the car. There's a side brush that always seems to be broken and doesn't clean the side of the car completely. Before Zips took over Rain Tunnel Express, The wash was simple but effective. Now it seems that every location I visit isn't keeping up with maintenance and doesn't get my car clean. I've been a wash member for several years, but honestly, it's not worth it anymore. Find one that keeps up with maintenance and actually cleans your car.

  Use to go many times n sometimes it doesn't come out clean, then they chipped my racing stripes with the pressure washer and refused to pay without even looking at the cameras.. DONT GO THERE!!!!!
