  Chris personally came out to check on car wash experience. Anytime I've had an issue his team has been there to address and resolve. Great work and will continue with my premium package.

  Staff was very friendly. They no longer have the undercarriage hose so the car wash doesn’t get underneath your car, especially in the tires. It is super expensive wash for not thoroughly cleaning. Please bring the hose back!!!

  Love this car wash so much!!!! I got the membership and it's so worth it. Chris (manager) is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure all is organized, working properly, stocked, etc. I drive 35 minutes here because I love it that much!

  Carly is great! She’s Very friendly and provided me with great customer service. I also would like to recognize Theo… they were working together on the day I visited and they’re both very nice and that might not mattered to some customers, but to me it’s very important. Appreciate them and the service you provide… i’ve been a member for a long time, but it seems like the Meramec Bottom Rd, St.Louis county location has improved greatly in my opinion and I think part of it is the quality of people you’ve been hiring at this location. Hopefully you’ll offer incentives that make quality employees stay with your company! Thank you!
