  I really appreciate the service that Ellis provides. Every time I come to this location, he is always on top of things and makes me feel valued as a customer. His attention to service and the way he takes care of customers truly makes a difference. Because of the excellent service Ellis provides, I would choose to come back to this location again and again. Thank you, Ellis, for always making my experience a great one!

  I’ve had a great experience with Ellis Roberts at Zips Car Wash. Ellis is professional, personable, and genuinely takes pride in making sure customers have a positive experience. What really stands out is the way Ellis interacts with people—he listens, communicates well, and makes you feel like your business and experience actually matter. Ellis has a natural leadership presence and knows how to bring professionalism and positivity into the workplace. I can absolutely see him making a meaningful impact in a larger leadership role. Zips is fortunate to have someone like Ellis representing the company and its customers.

  I had a great experience at ZIPS Car Wash, and I especially want to recognize Charles for his excellent customer service! He was friendly, professional, and made sure I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Charles was very helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I also have to shout out Charles for the smell-good options for the cars! My car smells amazing right now—it smells like Island Breeze! 😂🌴 It’s such a nice little touch that makes leaving the car wash even better. Employees like Charles really make a difference, and ZIPS is lucky to have him on the team. I’ll definitely be back!

  I’m not sure how the Kingshighway location stays open anymore. The equipment is constantly broken or not working properly, (timing is off, soap nozzles clogged, blowers going out, wheel brush working but does nothing to shine the tires) never open on time, always closing early. But by god, they got better equipment to make sure they get payment! It’s 8:15 on a Saturday morning. They should’ve been open now for over an hour. If this had been a 1-off thing I’d understand. But this is habitual. Every other Zips I go to gets it right, but there’s only one that’s close to where I live. I think my money will be better served elsewhere. Zips obviously couldn’t care less that this particular location offers sub-par to little customer care. Cancelling my membership and deleting the app. I’m done dealing with all these companies that put profit so far ahead of customer satisfaction.
