I recently rented a 12-foot moving truck from Penske Truck Leasing at 2210 S. 7th Street in St. Louis, conveniently located near the highway and directly across from Soulard Market. From making my online reservation to driving away in a quality rental truck, the entire experience was excellent! Booking online was simple and hassle-free, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service I received from Clinton. From the moment I arrived, Clinton was friendly, courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. He assisted with adjusting my reservation, patiently walked me through the paperwork, and promptly brought the truck right to the front. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. Clinton took the time to explain the truck's features, document existing scratches and dings with photographs, and make sure I was comfortable before leaving. Nothing felt rushed. It honestly felt like the personalized service you would expect from a high-end rental car company! Clinton is a shining example of outstanding customer service. Employees like him make customers want to return and recommend a business to others. He certainly made a lasting impression on me! If you're considering renting a moving truck anywhere in the St. Louis metropolitan area, I highly recommend this Penske location near Soulard Market. And when you get there, ask for Clinton. You'll receive extraordinary service with a smile! If you see him, tell him Bruce sent you and considers him an ALL-STAR Penske representative! Thank you, Clinton, for making this such a positive experience. You've earned my future business! Five stars, without hesitation!

Had to make an impromptu rental yesterday and had a really great experience. The guy in the rental office was very helpful and answered all my questions, even though it was closing time. The truck worked great and exactly how he said it would. When I returned it after the rental office had closed, I asked a guy in the service shop what I should do with it. He kindly offered to take care of everything and park it for me. Really impressed with the whole experience.

Rented unit has been fixed in this location for almost 3 weeks. They put truck in night shift, they don't have part, they take truck out so day shift can order part, they put truck in night shift again, they need another part and round it goes. Very unprofessional handling of this situation. Zero effort to expedite repair.
