  Unprofessional service and missing items ​I had a tire replaced at this NTB location right before closing, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. After picking up my vehicle, I discovered that items had been stolen from my glove box. ​When I brought this to the attention of the manager, they were completely dismissive and showed zero interest in assisting me or investigating the matter. Instead, I was told to simply go ahead and "file reports." The lack of accountability and professional integrity here is shocking. I would strongly advise against bringing your vehicle to this location if you value your belongings and expect decent customer service. ​BBB Complaint ​Business Name: NTB-National Tire & Battery Complaint Category: Service Issues / Customer Service ​Nature of Complaint: I am filing this complaint due to a theft that occurred while my vehicle was in the care of NTB for a tire replacement, and the subsequent lack of professional response from management. I brought my vehicle to the NTB lshortly before closing to have a tire replaced. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I found that personal items had been removed from my glove box without my consent. ​When I contacted the manager to report the theft and seek assistance, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no attempt to review security footage, speak with the technicians on duty, or take any responsibility for the security of a customer's vehicle. I was told to "file reports" as a way to end the conversation. ​Desired Settlement: I am seeking a formal apology from the regional management and a thorough internal investigation into the staff working during that shift. Additionally, I am requesting a refund for services .

  Had acquired a screw in a tire of our rental car. It was close to their closing time but they said they would wait for us to get there. Calvin & Colby got to business as soon as we arrived. Did a great job and we were back on our way. Nice to be treated so well at the end of the day.
