  Normally at the airport, Enterprise and National are at the same place. Not in St Louis. We ended up at Enterprise incorrectly. Additionally when we returned the car, we had to wait awhile for a shuttle to the airport. There were over 3 bus loads of people waiting. NOT a good experience if you are running late. Luckily we anticipated a wait.

  This is the worst place to go to get a car! Please don't come here. They stole money out my friends purse and when she brought it to their attention, they didn't even have the decency to get her contact info to resolve the situation. All they do is pass around blame and LIE. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else.

  My Daughter left her purse and the guy who check the car in stole the cas out the purse and threw the purse in the lock box . Run back the cameras ! Yall have thieves working for you . She got on Shuttle and quickly returned the nice shuttle driver even called it in . Shame cause she literally come to National every trip and rent a car .

  I was on a last minute trip and didn’t have a reservation. Walked into the National booth and was able to get a car, even though they were fully booked thanks to my advisor, Patricia Haley. Every experience I’ve had with National as an Exec Elite member has been exceptional and this wasn’t any different. Not only was she able to get me a car but a really nice one. Can’t really ask for much more as far as customer service is concerned. Life loyal member saying thank you once again!
