  Easiest rental experience, had a catalytic converter stolen out of my first rental, they quickly exchanged vehicles and got me back on my way, helpful staff

  Flawless experience from start to finish. Also love the flexibility that was offered when I thought i may have needed to return early. Appreciated the 'if you need help text. That made it so easy to reach someone! Overall great experience!

  Disaster, 15 people in line when my bus arrived but no cars were ready, waited half hour in hot sun for vehicle. This location doesn't have enough cars or employees to support the bookings, similar experience during my rental a few weeks ago, I recommend not booking national at stl. Until they get their problems sorted out. My car gas tank was near empty (see image), when I finally got it, and the oil change indicator was on. The only positive was the car was freshly washed, so 2 stars for that. Upon return a manager check me in and tried to make things right for my next rental so +1 star for him acknowledging their problems and commiting to fixing...

  Brea the administrative supervisor of this location is rude, lacks empathy and has been a pain to work with. I have requested to speak with her manager several times in an attempt to report her behavior and share feedback regarding my experience, yet I have been rejected the opportunity to do so. The area/regional manager has not called me back after more than 10 attempts to contact them, so I have been left with no option but to share my feedback here.
