  We have had a reservation for over a month. We received an email before we landed that said our rental car was waiting. We reserved a premium SUV. A nice gentleman greeted us, and called in for a Suburban because one wasn’t ready. We waited over 30 mins. Spoke to a manager who couldn’t care less. Extremely poor customer service. I typically don’t have any issues with National. But it’s clear these managers are in over their heads.

  I have been a member since 2012 and I can tell you this will be my last rental from National the customer service I experienced when picking up the was the worst service ever. As executive member I chose a car from that roll like I always be and the lady at check went off and said she was going to charge me double. You lost me as customer.
