  I really use to love this location but after my experience today, I learned how inconsiderate, in compassionate and rude they are .. they would not allow me to speak to a manager, spend your money elsewhere because they lie for their own good !

  The car was giving in March smelled terrible! Everyone that rode with me complained. I was given an up grade this time because of the issue last time. I really would have preferred a deep discount but anyways when I arrived to pick the car up it was dirty and littered with bird poop. Smh enterprise use to be one of the best

  I had an awesome experience with the team here; they were super nice and managed to get me into my car and on the road way faster than I expected. The after-hours drop-off was incredibly easy to handle, though I’d love to see the return area moved to the front of the building in the future. Dropping off in the back when it's dark feels a little sketchy, and having it out front would definitely feel a lot safer for late-night returns. Even with that small suggestion, the service was top-notch and I’ll definitely be back next time I need a ride!

  Very nice professional staff. The car was ready when I arrived. All of my questions were answered. I was in the car in minutes. The car was great. The return process was efficient and easy. Great service all around.

  I travel frequently for work and I only use Enterprise. I always have a positive experience with Enterprise, especially the Creve Coeur, MO location (11931 Olive Blvd, 63141). All of the Creve Coeur staff are courteous and helpful, especially manager Sarah. She always goes above and beyond in her customer service making sure her customers are always happy from pick up to drop off. I wish I could give 10 stars because 5 stars just aren't enough.
