I rent from this branch at least once a year and while the staff changes over often, they maintain the same level of customer service. We've rented day of from them as well as making reservations months out and the experience has always been great.

UPDATE: I like Enterprise. I feel bad leaving a negative review, but chatting with an AI robot, or calling a person in India who could care less, is not a valid means to convey poor service to the leadership of an American Company. (Especially when their headquartered in the same town that I needed a car in). Anyways, I reserved a car for 12pm, changed the pick up time the prior day to 10am. Showed up at 1020am, no car. Car was getting an oil change and there were no other cars, so I left and rented a car from another company. (I needed a car and didn't have all day to wait around). Meanwhile my reservation vanished. from the" My Enterprise Plus" site. I do have the e mail trail but what good will that do me as customer service
is out sourced to a foreign country.

I have never been able to call this branch and have a human pick up the phone. When I return the car, the branch was completely empty not a soul in it after walking around the empty offices for about five minutes. I saw somebody pull up in the front and was able to talk to them.
They failed to close out the account until I called twice.
I still haven’t gotten the credit card charged to show up. I’m not sure they closed it out correctly.
Follow-up.
The credit transaction has not shown up yet. My expense report is late because THEY DIDN'T EVEN CLOSE THE RENTAL OUT UNTIL I CALLED FOR THE SECOND TIME.
I called for the third time... got a lot of happy talk, but no resolution.
Chris M. - I went to the web page you listed - It provides a chatbot and a list of phone numbers to call. How can that help me get a completed transaction? I called the local shop three times. Do you think a chatbot can do better?

I have had no problems at this location, in fact, I go out my way to go to this location ( I pass two other locations) to get to because they are professional and pleasant at this location. Two thumbs up!

I'm always deeply impressed by Enterprise's ability to never have a rental available for pick-up regardless of how many weeks in advance you've reserved one. It takes dedication to provide service this poor.
