  Know before you go: you must have a credit card in your name or a utility bill in your own name or you will be denied service and left with no alternatives. They may try to tell you THE DAY BEFORE even though the reservation was made at least a week in advance, but they will not leave a voicemail or email STILL LEAVING YOU STRANDED. If someone is driving you there, they should plan to be at least an hour late to work. Don't expect an apology.

  Thanks Enterprise in Creve Coeur Missouri thanks for the relative ease of my rental car process and I want to give a big shout to the staff over at the Creve Coeur location if anyone is shopping around for a rental car company look no further than Enterprise in Creve Coeur Missouri.

  Great customer service. Staff was professional, kind and friendly. Picking up and returning was very easy and quick.

  I would give no stars if I could. I was provided a car that was not fully covered by my insurance, with no mention of this to me. This was the car that the representative took me to. I did not ask or request this car. I called customer service regarding this issue and was told that someone would follow up with me, and no one has. Terrible customer service, terrible. I won’t be giving any more of my money to enterprise, especially after I was unknowingly charged additional fees that I did not agree to and was not made aware of. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this was probably the worse customer experience that I’ve had.
