  I recently rented a vehicle from this location and had an excellent experience. The Branch Manager Nick Scarfino was exceptionally professional, courteous, and customer-focused throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was his patience and willingness to answer all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Despite having a busy schedule and multiple responsibilities to manage, he always took the time to return my calls and address my concerns promptly. His dedication to customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude made the rental experience smooth and stress-free. It is rare to come across someone who consistently demonstrates such a high level of commitment and care for customers. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-oriented car rental experience.

  I pray no one has to do business with the lackland branch in Maryland heights for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The service could not be more abysmal. I've tried calling for two straight days and no one answers the phone. It then gets redirected to a nearby branch also does not get connected to anybody. I then get disconnected This has happened to me six times in the last 2 days. So I drove 30 minutes out of my way to talk to a branch manager. No one was there sat in the lobby for 5 minutes with no one there It's disheartening because all my other encounters with Enterprise Rent-A-Car has gone absolutely smoothly. It seems to be singled to this branch in particular. Such a shame. Please find business elsewhere

  Went in to get a car had to wait in this small closet of an office for about 20 minutes before someone came to speak with me. Then the car I was given after the paperwork shouldn't even be legal to drive let alone paying your hard earned money for. It looked like it was on four spare tires, transmission slipping, brakes almost have to push to the floor and the steering wheel was loose. Feels like the car would roll over on sharp turns. I ask the rep to get me another car to which he agreed before walking off to help other customers. I sat there for almost an hour before leaving and calling the main office for assistance. If I could give no stars I would. Horrible experience. Will never go there again.

  Fantastic Service! For a lil hole in the wall office attached to Plaza Motors, they sure are busy! I do think an Enterprise sign visible from the street would be helpful though. Nick was terrific! Not only did he offer us a discount when our requested Pacifica was not avail due to a recall, he also extended our drop off time as he was busy and it took a lil while to finish having our car detailed. We wound up with a 2024 VW Atlas and with the exception of a learning curve for “new to me” gear toggle, it was a great ride… just not as spacious as the Pacifica, but what is;) Even though the action is happening at this location, Nick never rushed us, he took time with everyone and all our questions and concerns addressed professionally. Although I do think they maybe need a “take a number” because some folks just walk right in not paying any attention to the folks that are already waiting. Anyway, great experience! Here’s a tip, select the gas option from them as their rate was $3.92/g -cheaper than anywhere!! Thanks to Carl, the detailer too for shuttling us back home after our rental drop off on a nasty rainy day. Take advantage of the benefits they offer and if you are not signed up with their Enterprise Plus rewards/ priority program, well you are missing out on more discounts. All in all a great location, wonderful service and terrific value! We have now found our new car rental office back in STL. Yay! Thanks, Nick for everything!!!
