I gave 4 stars just because I had to remind them to do more training with some of their employees on helping people with disabilities (mobility challenges). - CLCheryl LaneJul 23, 20261.0How could anyone in customer service be as inept and disrespectful as the young man at the Dellwood Enterprise. He called to say I saw your reservation from online (that confirmed they had a vehicle available) and when you pick up today the best I could do is a car. I said well okay, but Monday I need a van for out of town travel. He said that works I can get you in a van on Monday. This was around 9 am. At 1 when we came to pick up the vehicle, we were told that they had NOTHING for us at all and would only be serving those with earlier reservations. Now if he had said this nicer like ma’am let me look around to see if anyone else has something because we don’t, or if he had said we don’t have anything at 9 I WOULD NOT BE UPSET. The reservation was made Wednesday afternoon so I get technology errors. We never go to this one but this location was listed as having the vehicle. I wish it could’ve been a nicer transaction with more respect for a consumer.
