The team is clearly very short-staffed, yet they managed a high volume of customers in a very fast-paced environment with professionalism and patience. Upon pick-up and drop-off, I observed the staff efficiently checking cars in and out while dealing with challenging and at times rude customers. The male and female employee working on the morning of June 10th and the same woman and different man working at the counter today did an outstanding job handling difficult situations with calm, customer-focused service. I was outdone with the lack of decorum the public chose to exhibit with them. While I was traveling by road to pick up my son from college they check in via text. They provided exactly what I needed. The vehicle was in great condition, and I had a very smooth rental experience overall. I appreciated the text check-ins during my trip. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience—one of my better rental experiences. I typically use the downtown location and was pleasantly surprised by the West Florissant location. Based on what I observed, the staff deserves recognition for their customer service, especially given the challenging customer interactions they handle regularly.
