- RSR SMay 8, 20261.0I been renting from the downtown location for years spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars never encountered the disrespect and unprofessionalism ever with enterprise but the CHRISTY is by far the worst location i see why they half way shut down and barely have business they made false claims with my insurance company for damages that were clearly already present all because I said I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the remaining balance of the suv now boom magically its damage and hail damage when it never hail where i was at but the lady going to say but it did last week i said that doesn’t mean it was where i live i knew then they was on bs and i was promised i wouldn’t be charged for on a vehicle i had problems with once i got home they tried to charge my card anyways weeks later and I was emailed days later after having the suv there was an recall on it i called the location i got it from they didn’t have any cars or suvs and there were no vehicles at either locations to swap out so I just stuck it out until my vehicle was ready please don’t do business with the CHRISTY LOCATION IN SAINT LOUIS MO downtown on WASHINGTON is the best professional location
