  Since this location is open in Sundays, we have rented from here several times. Sometimes their parking lot is full of cars while some days their selection has been very limited but they've always had the car I needed, though I've always had reservations made well in advance for this location.

  Extremely smooth process at Enterprise. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help. Connor in particular made my life less stressful. I miss the Jeep already. 10/10 highly recommend 👌🏽.

  I was given a rental car without a working seatbelt. I was luckily able to speak to someone first thing this morning who apologized and said someone would call back within an hour and replace the vehicle for us at our home. Sounded great. Well… nobody has called, and I have tried calling the branch 5 times, and all I get is hold music for 20+ minutes each time. Absolutely ridiculous to first rent a car without checking seat belt function and two promising to do something with an hour and have 4 hours pass, with no contact and nobody who can simply answer a phone!

  Yikes. Shame on me being a loyal customer of enterprise and trying a different location. Book a rental with them last month and it was by far the most bizarre experience with enterprise. Car was dirty, no fuel, had to wait to get it half washed, reeked of smoke, had a cigarette burn holes in the seat. I won’t be visiting this location again smh.

  I do not appreciate receiving threatening like emails or constantly being treated as though I’ve done something wrong when I am the victim in this situation. I rented a vehicle through your company because my brand-new personal vehicle was hit and damaged in an accident in which I also suffered bodily injuries. Unfortunately, after having your rental vehicle for less than two days, I was involved in another accident — a three-car pileup where I was the first vehicle hit. The drivers behind me failed to stop and crashed into my rental. This was not caused by negligence on my part, and I believe your focus should be directed toward the parties responsible for the accident. I also do not understand why I am being pressured regarding a deductible that I do not believe I should be responsible for paying under these circumstances. Additionally, being told that I may no longer be able to rent from Enterprise, Avis, or similar companies feels excessive and unfair given the facts of the situation. There are professional and respectful ways to handle these matters, and being treated like a criminal throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. I would never intentionally avoid responsibility or “run” from this situation. You don't have to worry about my renting anything from this company again.
