- RSRachel Sauer2 days ago2.0Just don’t rent with them. The way the business is run means you aren’t guaranteed the type of vehicle that you’ve selected. If you don’t need a specific vehicle then great, but if you need the actual size vehicle you chose then go elsewhere. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the workers did absolutely everything in their power to get us into a full size SUV so we could start our trip.

But I spoke to someone name Ryan numerous of times and each time his customer service isn't good. He puts me on hold without saying anything and gives me wrong informationThe money I've been quoted hasn't been reflecting the reservation i made. I spend tons of my hard earned money and I expect professionalism. I won't be utilizing this location moving forward. I feel inconvenienced. Edit: Blake has made things right! Enterprise should promote him!
