To reiterate, my role is that of a reviewer, and I provide feedback based solely on my own experiences and sometimes others. This conversation occurred on Wednesday, April 1st at 4:07 pm.
I rented a vehicle from you about two months ago through a AAA-related situation after an accident, and at that time, my experience was excellent. Your team was helpful, understanding, and easy to work with. Because of that, I planned to return and even recommend your service to others.
Unfortunately, my recent experience was the complete opposite.
Trying to rent a car this time was unnecessarily difficult. I understand policies like a $300 deposit and verifying identification ,those are reasonable. However, the issue is the lack of clear communication upfront. Key requirements, like needing your current address to exactly match your driver’s license, were never explained during the booking process.
I received multiple calls and voicemails to confirm my reservation, but not one person mentioned this critical requirement. This is especially frustrating for customers who may have recently moved and haven’t updated their license yet, something that can take time depending on the state.
Because of this poor communication, I was unable to rent the vehicle and had to cancel my vacation plans entirely.
It feels like something has changed — whether it’s management or training — because the level of service is no longer what it was before. The process now feels disorganized and unnecessarily restrictive.
I strongly recommend improving transparency and making all requirements clear at the very beginning. This would save customers time, frustration, and situations like mine.
Very disappointing experience.

Guys, listen! If you're concerned about people stealing cars, which you are, why not increase your age limit to 30? That could help protect your company from those criminals. It’s an age difference that might reduce theft. Raising the minimum age to 30 could improve your business. Okay?
