  I really expected a lot more from the local.Saint louis based car rental business. There's not much communication between employees when it comes to mishap and miscommunication. Last time I was there, they were gonna give me a different car because I totaled mine and I needed a car between the next car.I was gonna own and the one that was totaled. Unfortunately, they had no other car.So they let me keep the one that I had and told me that the rate would not change. After a couple weeks, they kept blowing up my phone.Telling me that I had a large balance due and that it was of a different rate. Every time I talk to them, they told me they were going to note the account and everything would be fine. However, I kept getting calls over and over again. Not a pleasant experience

  Kaley and Nicholas were absolutely amazing and deserve recognition. Especially Kaley. I picked up a Wagoneer on Monday and left for Chicago. Tuesday morning the vehicle starter freaking out and the check engine light came on. I called this location and they gave me instructions on what to do next. I was able to get another vehicle from another location in Chicago. They had no SUV's so I was given a mini van, not what I wanted but it worked and I had a vehicle I could rely on. I returned the Van back on Friday, and I had planned to ask them and make sure I was not charged the price of an SUV since I did not have one. Before I could even get to that Kaley asked how the trip was and I explained the turn of events. She quickly was apologetic and was so focused on making sure I was happy and okay. I was actually genuinely shocked at how she responded. She handled it great and I didn't have to argue or plead to get this resolved. As a business owner myself, I want people like Kaley and Nick on my team. Great job to you both and keep up the level of care and commitment.
