- RTRachel ThomasAug 27, 20261.0The experience was horrible. I came to this location because my Mercedes was damaged, and they didn't even greet me. I arrived between 5:10 PM and 5:15 PM today. One thing I noticed is that the gentleman in the building did not greet anyone except older white people; I found it odd. I watched the one guy with dark hair upgrade multiple white people's rental vehicles because I had to leave and come back with my credit card. After all, he said they did not take Tap to Pay. The one thing that stood out to me, though, was that he didn't greet me when I came in, but he did speak to the other people who came after me. I would never set up a rental at this location again; I did it because it was convenient. I’m putting in the time so you can run the cameras back and see how bad the service was. Enterprise employees should speak with all customers. I will add details about the rental itself.
