- WRWendeth R5 days ago1.0Disappointed that the website let me book and then I got a voice mail that there wasn't actually a vehicle. The website showed other locations sold out, so why not this one? Now I am standing outtside the airport trying to figure out how I am getting to a family emergency out of town.

Please reach out to me Enterprise, you all destroyed medication such as insulin and I pray my paperwork is there as well. I have had to play detective to just get stonewalled. I will not stop until justice is served. God will vindicate me.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Logan and Gunner. They were both friendly, accommodating and very customer focused (all while the phones were ringing nonstop - yes they were answering the phone, not ignoring it) Received a Chevy Trax. It was clean and without damage. Overall our experience with this Enterprise location was fantastic. Another employee (I didn’t catch his name) dropped me off at the Amtrak station even though I dropped the car off right at closing time on a Saturday! This was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use this location again.
