My rsvp was all good until I was on my way this kid started asking about where my car was located wasn’t really at the shop. Was it at a total loss? I felt like that was none of his business and then AAA doesn’t tell you that enterprise can charge you up to $400 for a deposits, AAA explained to me all I have to do is show up and get the rental for one day. They didn’t wanna allow me to get the rental for one day because they couldn’t make more money. Then waited since Thursday to get a Rental, supposedly escalated 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
- ABAnn BoJun 28, 20265.0I had a great experience at Enterprise. All staff members were super polite, patient and professional. I was provided with a compact SUV which I used for the day. Getting and returning the car was easy and comfortable. Will made sure that everything was ok for me. All in all: great experience and I will for sure return when I‘m back in St. Louis.

My car was stolen today & I had already dealt with police & insurance and the headache of that and Tanner made this process as simple as possible for me. Would recommend this location for rentals for sure!
- JTJase TJun 21, 20265.0This was my first time at this Enterprise, and the two guys working on 6/21 did such a great job! They exemplified the customer expirence. Not only did they stay calm at extremely busy times they stayed organized and prioritized customers and greeted everyone that walked through the door, they took time to engage with everyone and treated them with the time they deserved. The way they managed a business shows skills and talents beyond any corporate enterprise I have been to. If your reading this please give them the recognition they deserve, cause they are 120% employees. I don't normally write reviews but this one was well deserved
