  I flew from Phoenix to St. Louis had a reservation with Enterprise. I took their airport shuttle to the Enterprise airport rental center. They said I did not have a reservation there. That my reservation was at a rental center in downtown St. Louis. They would not rent me a car at the airport rental center. They would not give me a ride to the downtown rental center. I was told to take an Uber. When I returned the car I had to take another Uber back to the airport. $60 worth of Uber rides and Enterprise did not offer a discount on my rate or a coupon nothing at all. My question was why would they schedule a reservation for someone traveling in from out of town at a rental center 25 minutes from the airport with no shuttle service? No one could give me an answer. Needless to say that was the first and last time I rent a car with enterprise.

  While I am unsure of the specific branch location, I want to recognize an exceptional staff member familiar with the Chesterfield area. This former Enterprise employee kindly provided transportation and ensured I reached my destination safely—a true example of outstanding service and goodwill

  Tanner made the pick up smooth and quick! He suggested a van vs the midsize suv we originally reserved and that was the right call since we were 5 adults and one was traveling with a wheelchair! Everyone was more comfortable in the van! Thank you enterprise!!!

  The team over at the Washington Ave. branch are always top tier! I love that they are nearby and I can rely on a consistent, high quality experience every time I rent…and I rent a lot!

  I have had this rental vehicle for approximately a month and a half, and my overall experience has been extremely difficult. I previously experienced serious issues with my rental, which I reported and addressed with Enterprise. Corporate did provide a compensation/credit toward my rental as a result, and I appreciate that the matter was acknowledged.However, I do not believe the compensation provided adequately reflects the problems I experienced, the inconvenience caused, or the financial impact this situation has had on me. I recently received my complete rental bill, and I was extremely concerned to see that I have been paying approximately almost $4,000 per month for this vehicle. When I originally arranged the rental, I was told that the cost would be approximately $1,700 per month. I relied on that information when deciding to keep the vehicle.The reason I have needed to keep the rental for this extended period is because I have been dealing with personal circumstances involving my own vehicle and have not had a reasonable alternative. Had I been informed that my rental charges would reach almost $4,000 per month, I would have made different arrangements. I cannot reasonably understand how a vehicle that I was told would cost approximately $1,700 per month has resulted in charges that are nearly twice that amount. I also want to acknowledge that the Reps at Enterprise I have dealt with have generally been pleasant, respectful, and helpful. I understand that mistakes and hiccups can happen, and I do not expect perfection from anyone. However, the overall billing situation needs to be addressed at the corporate level Once I do receive my vehicle this is not a place I’ll recommend it’s a complete rip off , I would like to address another issue. I’m always cleaning the vehicle when I do pick the vehicle up or the vehicle do not have any gas for future reference for any enterprise rep please always. Especially if you know, you have a high value area the tank should always be full in the car should be Clean
