  Gavin made my experience with Enterprise absolutely amazing! I stopped using Enterprise for years & used another company all together, but Gavin definitely gained me back as an Enterprise customer for life! I travel a lot as a performer so, having a top of the line rental that meets all my needs, doesn't break the bank, & doesn't have any hidden costs is extremely important. Gavin went above & beyond getting me exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and went over all my options with me thoroughly. If he is not already management, he at very least deserves a raise!

  We had a great experience with this particular branch off Enterprise cars we were so beautifully looked after in the first instance with the first rental we were given customer service from Zack headset was Thursday last week with a return Wednesday this week. And then we had an urgent request today to hire a car to take one way to Chicago and we were beautifully looked after a young man whose name we didn't get that was under enormous pressure from 8 a.m. with a large number of customers

  Alright, so, the dude who looks like he may very well be Adam Scott’s nephew was rad and exceptionally cordial, which is like 2/3rds of the review for me. Forgive me for not asking his name, though I’ll concede my ADHD would have prevented me from remembering it two seconds later anyway… Moving on. These guys were super kind (the older gentleman who offered to give me a ride home was also rad, though we spoke for all of fifteen seconds) - they hooked me up with what is arguably the most badass van (not an oxymoron; the thing is ridiculously cool) on the market after I thought I’d only be getting the little compact thing. So that was also nice. Regardless! I know it’s just a rental car company, but in a world that consistently grates on/frightens me and/or keeps me up at night in a blind panic about the future of humanity, I will eagerly sing the praises of any business whose employees seem like genuinely nice, cool people. I almost guarantee they’re not making nearly enough money, given… the plight of the average American and all - but I hope there is a raise in their collective future.

  I rented a car for over a week while mine was getting repaired. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Devon and Gavin were the two guys working when I went in. It was very busy and they were handling everybody with TLC. When I brought my car back they gave me a ride home! Great place to rent a car I highly recommend it😃

  Reserved a car here for a work trip 04 Aug, showed up, no car...again!! This happened this April at the Arnold MO location. Never again. I don't write reviews, but really want to help folks out... they can't be trusted. Their system is broken.
