They took it upon themselves to call my insurance company and collect from them without me even knowing. I will never ever use them and I strongly advise others to do the same. They are scam artists out to take people's money. I am so disappointed and upset.

I contacted Enterprise who directed me 20 miles from where I was to location in Pensacola Florida and were promptly given a new vehicle. Pick up, exchange of vehicle and return could not have been smoother.

After getting the run around from the artifical intelligence (AI) and getting a real person, I was met with someone that could not get pass the questions that have no context to the discussion/ opportunity I am trying to have. When discussing with a different employee, zero information I gave was given over to the next employee I was handed off to. Instead of taking my word or contacting me to take down this review, try asking a unique question to your newly paid for AI or your employees and see how long a one line question takes you to get answered. As much as your company goes out of its way to NOT communicate with its customers, I will go out of my way to rent a car from a respectful business. Sad to say, I am a Saint Louis native, hoping for better from a Saint Louis business.
