Disappointed with my experience at this location. I had a confirmed reservation through Costco Travel, but when I arrived I was told there was no car available for me. I understand inventory can get tight, but I wasn't contacted ahead of time to let me know, and I had planned my day around having the car ready.
The team offered to have something later in the afternoon, though without a firm guarantee, so I ended up arranging a backup just in case. I appreciate that they tried to help in the moment, but a confirmed reservation that could not be honored, with no advance notice, made for a stressful start.
I hope the branch can tighten up how it handles confirmed bookings and customer communication. Sharing in case it helps others who are planning around a pickup time.
I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for a long time, and I can confidently say that Peter provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He went above and beyond to help me with my rental extension and made sure every detail was taken care of smoothly and professionally.
Peter was always patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and pleasant experience.

Customer service was top notch!!! The way Pete runs this location, youād think his name was Peter Parker, cuz he is really like a Superhero! I had to rent a car while mine was in the shop with repairs after getting hit by another car. Iād made reservations in advance, and saw a missed call from Enterprise that morning, but with my morning rush forgot to listen to the voicemail. When I arrived Pete explained heād left a voicemail regarding that he didnāt have any inventory. He did a great job proactively reaching out, my fault for missing the message. As other people trickled in, he informed them also of the bad news. He remained calm, empathetic, & professional⦠he arranged transportation for me to/ from work while I waited for a car. For a young professional, he certainly has excellent professionalism. So many people have an āoh wellā attitude in similar situations, not Pete. He really put the customer first & worked to resolve the situation. As a customer, it means a lot to have someone with such a positive attitude to interact with, especially in a stressful situation (not having a car due to an accident). This is rare in customer service these days & Iām very grateful for the experience.
While I waited, Pete kept me updated. Communication skills were fantastic!
I still ended up getting a car the same day, just a few hours later than expected & had no issues with the car.
