  Got online and reserved a rental and went ahead and paid for the insurance using my debit card. Got a ride down there to S. Lindbergh. Went to pay with debit card and was told they needed a utility bill w my name on it!! I said i dont have one...Why didn't anyone tell me that while I was online reserving it and paying for the insu rance. Then told I could use a credit card but 300 would be put on it as a deposit?? Iasked why n nobody informed me of this and he looked on his computer and said ...Well it looks like we didn't get a chance to call you. This is unacceptable. A sorry our company policy isn't going to cut it. I had to have my ride come back there and pick me up. Your lack of communication was ridiculous. Who carries around utility bills on them. I had other pieces of mail but they wouldnt accept it. Very disappointed to say the least

  First, the representative, Andrew, is top notch. He was friendly and thorough during the pick up and drop off of the vehicle. The van was very enjoyable to drive during our trip. Only thing that would make it a five star, is the van needed to be washed and a little more detailing inside. I would definitely repeat the rental if we needed a rental for a trip.

  Picked up a car on Sunday at opening time. It was pretty busy already as we were maybe 7th in line. Zach and Will, I believe were their names, were really hustling and got every taken care of pretty quickly. Great service. I could tell those guys actually cared about peoples time. Definitely will use this location in the future.
