  This is by far the best Enterprise I’ve used in St. Louis. They are so nice and easy to work with and quick to get you in and out and my rentals have always been clean. They are very invested in their customers.

  Our sales person, Peter, was very pleasant and kept the whole experience very relaxed as we tried out several vehicles before settling on one. We also appreciated the gentleman who gave our GMC Terrain a thorough cleaning. All in all a nice sales experience.

  Such a good experience. I will only buy from enterprise moving forward. My sales rep Anna was very helpful and professional. She didnt try to sell me anything. She simply help me find a vehicle I was comfortable with.

  Our experience, specifically with our sales agent, William “Bill” Pollnow and Enterprise Car Sales was one that certainly merits A great review. We are a small startup business with very little time and needed to get a minivan. One of the first things I noticed about Bill that makes him excellent with sales as he is a good listener. Instead of being up in his head about what he can sell you, he is trying to grasp a visual to understand what vehicle would be best suited for you. Not a lot of sales people have that skill. Bill is the real deal. He is the relationship builder, He knows how to listen, Not try to oversell, Meticulous and thorough with details and paperwork. He has a normal authentic personality. You don’t even feel like you’re dealing with a used Car sales guy.. In the stereotypical sense. Ha! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Any issues that arose he did his very best to take care of and do a lot of work for me so that I could be more freed up for what I needed to do. I am immensely grateful for his time and his attention, also making the whole process is painless as possible for me. I didn’t experience any of the tactics that you do a lot when you go to a place that sells used cars. I should correct myself they are preowned. All the vehicles I looked at were very gently preowned if you ask me, and I really like the fact that they are the original owners of these cars. They know what the service records are first hand. They are probably better maintained than most any of us who own a car. That’s one of the main reasons why I picked enterprise car sales In the first place, Because it just makes sense. I do fully believe that they are going to be there even after the sale. I also like that I’m not getting roped into a bunch of service plan junk or buying a car that all of a sudden is going need a big milestone service update to keep a warranty valid. No hidden surprises, Lots of transparency. Fair pricing you don’t even have to try to negotiate because really what they’re asking is more than fair and honestly when I compared it to Carvana or any of these other online things.. they beat most of those prices. I just love not getting dragged through the grind, Or having to negotiate the entire time… I seriously don’t have time or energy for any of that right now and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate just being able to walk in and know that I’m not getting a bad price. I’m a 57-year-old mother and I wish I was a grandmother, but my kids won’t cooperate with that. You could totally Enterprise with your mom, probably Grandma too. I didn’t feel like a mark, Or manipulated, or any of those things.. and I felt like they adequately answered all of my questions Thoroughly. The whole office seems to have a positive attitude, which is also refreshing. They are all very hard workers, which is rare these days. I guess I can’t recommend them enough! Big Thank You to enterprise amd Bill for setting up Pallet Pandas with our new minivan! 🙌🏼
