  Don’t buy a car from here. Apparently their inspection process before they sell these cars is not what it needs to be. I bought a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan in December and have had nothing but problems. Literally never gonna recommend them ever again. And NEVER will I buy another Volkswagen!!

  My agent, Josh was so knowledgeable and Will informed, and I believe in his heart that he truly tried to find me the very best deal and get everything that I wanted! I also truly believe that the team here is connected and dedicated to serving their customers in their fullest capacity! Please shine light on your agent Josh because he is one in 1 in a million! We took our signature Enterprise photo with the bow on my new car and I couldn’t be more happier! If ever need me, I feel safe and very comfortable to return here or get any of my needs taken care of. I love this team, please take care!

  Every experience I had here, except interactions with Evelyn, who sold me my car, have been insanely unprofessional. I’m not one to make reviews, in fact I had to make a google account to even leave this one. But the sales manager Billy, gave me the worst sales experience of my life. The only upside of the interaction is the nice car I’ve got. However the fact that my paperwork was never properly filled out by enterprise with the dmv regarding my loan, and the fact that Billy tried to push blame and responsibility off on others, gave me a sour taste. Followed by when I returned to the dmv after fixing the issue, it turns out when enterprise staples all the papers together, they damaged the vin on the title with it, rendering it unreadable and unisable by the dmv. His reaction, after I told him that the dmv denied it due to damage? He said “why don’t you go to a different dmv, I’ve never heard of a staple being a problem” This showed me he didn’t listen to the issue at all, and was more concerned with getting me off of the phone. All in all, the experience before and during the sale was perfect, but everything after, involving the sales manager, has been a nightmare of not being listened to, being dismissed, and gaslit. Go to any enterprise care sales EXCEPT this one

  Enterprise made my first car buying experience a great one! My salesman Bill, was personable, listened to me, and did his best to find me the right vehicle!! So glad I chose Enterprise and will definitely be sending my family and friends their way!!!
