  We had an amazing experience working with LaTwuanna Troupe as well as Daniel Mooney and Ron Holland. My husband did most of the talking and had pretty much everything ready to go when I got off work. They took the time to answer ALL of our questions including why Enterprise Car Sales differs from other used car sales companies. We ordered car mats through them (since they don't typically come with them) and had to come back to pick those up, but they helped us install them once they arrived. Our car title came in the mail maybe two weeks after we picked up the car and they were very helpful with any questions we had after the fact. Great experience both purchasing and renting from this location!

  Bought a 2019 used Hundai Tucson here back in late February. Same week I bought it headlight went out. Little bit later entire car breaks down on Manchester and towed to shop. Been in the shop for 3 weeks now. Needs whole new engine on top of other things. Enterprise claims their Power Train warranty covers large claims similar to this when they are super selective and very difficult to work with. Absolute scam artists they make sure the cars will last at least a month to where the 100% return period is over and then you are just screwed
