  Horrible customer service. Stated they could not make an appointment for a safety and emissions inspection before 8am. I made an appointment at 8am. When I dropped my vehicle off they said there were 5 people in front of me but it would be an hour and a half before it was done. I showed up two hours later and they had not started the inspection and said they were trying to work it in….why are you trying to work it in if I made an appointment for the service. I sat there for another hour and a half waiting for them to complete the inspection. Do not recommend, horrible service.

  Went in for an oil change and they lost the bolts to my skid plate. I asked if the car was road worthy as I was about to travel and they said yes. 20 minutes into the trip, the skid plate is scraping the pavement. Looked underneath and they used zip ties to hold it up. Never told me.

  They seemed honest and saved me $800 over a competing bid. They are super busy and the repair took a lot longer than I expected. Every time I called I was the next up. If you need it to be quick, go somewhere else. If you are downtown and need somewhere close at hand and have flexibility, it’s a good choice. They just need to get better at setting expectations.

  Was a walk in with a flat on sat morning, left the tire around 8:30 am, i had the puncture hole marked. Tech took me cell # & said he would work it into their full schedule when he could. Got a call around 10:30 that it was done, got my tire, put it on my car in their parking lot, went on with my day. Great service, saved my 4 day vacation in St Louis. Thanks Dobbs Tire

  I’ve been a customer for years (7+ years!) and this past week I had the worst experience. I brought my car in on Monday (rattling issues) and they had the car until Thursday. I had to call to see if my car was ready for pickup- no one reached out. When i got there they couldn’t tell me what was done with my car- nothing, no notes. Instead of fixing the issues he suggested i sell my car and that he knows of someone that would buy my car (😳). He mention that their shop is going through a big changeover/turnover and is having communication issues and suggested i go somewhere else (i didn’t recognize anyone working there - all new faces). He let me just walk away without paying anything because he know how upset i was. Never have i experienced such horrible customer service, sad to see this location going downhill.
