  Tire replacement was fine. Price fine. Tire sensor replacement did not go well. Staff did not reset the tire pressure warning before I picked up the vehicle. Upon inspection a few days later I learned the new sensor is not connecting to the system. Dobbs has offered to replace but I am out of state and it does not make sense to travel to STL to have the faulty sensor replaced. So buyer beware, make sure the work is complete and done right before picking up your vehicle.

  Dobbs just must have decided to screw me. They put a hole in my exhaust pipe while fixing the head gasket saying it's 'just the repair' making my car sound crazy when I picked it up, it took months to run into a street mechanic that heard and identified the problem Instantly. They did my last oil change and did Not put the oil filter on properly and never mentioned that my oil pan had a leak SO there was Oil Everywhere. And 9 times out of ten I'd notice a screw in my tire close the edge - as they call it- beyond repair. I've using them for about ten years and the last three years have been straight Crap. I was driving off the lot with new problems Every Time... Will Not return and will absolutely warn everyone that I can about the damage they have done to my car- consistently done to the small things like Not putting the custom caps back on my tires. Absolute intentional negligence.

  CEO Mr. Derek Basile Store #10 failed miserably today. While I’ve not dealt exclusively with this specific establishment regularly had nothing but favorable interactions up until now.Trusted them to do their job properly and safeguard my car while in their care. Opinion has changed. Inexcusable that my vehicle which was entrusted to Dobbs for service was ransacked while left overnight on lot for service. Car left unlocked by Dobbs staff. Camera footage (viewed internally by Dobbs staff) shows vehicle accessed through unopened door. Allegedly this location has issues (per Dobbs staff) of people wondering around unattended lot overnight searching for unlocked vehicles to access. Dobbs store manager at this location was indifferent when bringing situation to his attention. Zero empathy shown. Why my vehicle was left unlocked is for Dobbs to explain and correct. Why lot is left open and not staffed with security overnight particularly with known issues is for Dobbs to explain and correct. Why Dobbs store manager lacks common courtesy is for Dobbs to correct. On that note must acknowledge both Matt (only spoke to over phone) and Bob (spoke to in person). Both were professional and courteous. Driven By Dobbs states, “strong commitment for service”. DO BETTER Dobbs. Police report filed.

  I came in because I had a nail in my tire the man at the counter said he can get to my car in an hour and a half so I said OK gave him my key and went across the street to the Oyster Bar when I came back the same man looked me in my face saying may I help you please I said you said my car Should be done you told me to come back in an hour and a half it's been two hours now he said what kind of car do you have I told him and he looked very confused so the manager immediately stepped in and was like oh we've been so busy we couldn't get to the cars I was like what what do you take people numbers for oh mind you the last time I was there I forgot to give the guy the key he told me to come back in two hours when I got back he said you forgot to leave the key I said what the hell do you take the numbers for? So needless to say they did not fix the tire and they had to order one he told me to come back the next day in which I did they immediately put the tire on however when I was driving I'm like why is the tire that supposedly been fixed low I get out my car and look they didn't even fix the right tire they fixed the wrong tire I was livid I went back up there and of course the guy that fixed the wrong tire wasn't there so the other manager Shane took the order so hopefully my tire is in and they fix it for free because the inconvenience this place has caused and the unprofessionalism is beyond me
