  Did not get service because price was high. Turns out that all mechanics want to charge too much for battery replacement so I did it myself. Feel bad for those that can't. There is no way I will pay $190 for less than an hour of work. It's 7 bolts and moving the air intake. People were courteous so I gave a 5 star review. They are only charging this because they can.

  Customers have to park a distance from the front door to see about servicen or to see if they have any openings.

  Had a nail in my tire. Went to Dobbs to see if they could patch it. They said that it was on the side and could not be repaired. Then proceeded to say they only had 1 tire for $500 or a set of 3 for $170 each. I said no and went to discount tire where I know they at least had a different and cheaper tire available. Discount tire came back and told me that “it was nowhere near unrepairable”. They patched it up and was free. Save your money and drive the extra distance to discount tire.

  I had a leaky tire plug checked here about 6 months ago and this store told me there was a bead leak but no leaks in the tread. Fast forward to today, and the plug busted. I took it back to this Dobbs for a patch since it is close to work. They said it was not patchable and I needed a new pair of tires. I went with it, got my truck back, and realized they had put the new pair of tires on the front axel. I called to have them rotate and they told me to drop it off and they’ll get to it tomorrow. I will no longer be a Dobbs customer.
