  The store at Hampton Villiage was wonderful. Not only did they get my car in quickly, they fixed with the S. Broadway location did wrong…which was putting my brakes on incorrectly! I will never return to the S. Broadway Dobbs again and will drive just a little bit further to go to Hampton Village from now on.

  I came out of my house this morning to see that my tire was flat! I thought air would fix it, but I couldn't be more wrong. Luckily, Jacob at Dobbs was able to identify the issue super quick and hook me up with a tire AND a much-needed oil change (thanks for freeing up my weekend!), all while I was at work (thank you to the other mechanic for taking me there!). Overall, I received exceptional customer service, and now my car is running like new! Thanks, guys!!

  The two stars is because I will say their staff was very pleasant but nonetheless a waste of my time and definitely a waste of my money. I asked them to drain and flush my DEF system instead they did a whole diagnostic that cost me $300 and did not do anything. Even though I didn't ask them to diagnose my whole car. I asked them to drain and flush my system. They didn't do that but it still cost me $300. They gave me like a $3,000 bid to do basically an entire overhaul and replace the whole system but didn't do what I asked them to do. So I just wasted $300 and they had my card for like 3 days. Ended up taking it two blocks down the road to my normal shop who drained and flushed the system and filled it and cost me 250 bucks. Yeah lesson learned. Not that I would ever choose dabs to do anything but this seemed simple enough like me asking. Hey is this something you guys can do and them saying yeah I just assumed they were actually going to do it. Not tell me a bunch of other I should do and then not even do it but charge me $300 something I didn't ask for. Anyways again it must be known that their staff was very pleasant and I do think had genuine intentions to be helpful but you know corporate places. This is how it goes. Lesson learned.

  Use Dobbs for 30 years in different locations.i am at the Hampton Location for 7 years great service super nice customer service. This week.all new management new customer service .The service was terrible all my information about my car was deleted The guy who say he was the manager argu with me .it was the first time at Dobbs I pick up my car after 2 days .Different service personnel .The guy was Nice and competent I did not know that Dobbs got Sold New Management!

  Heather R. Saint Louis, MO 010 Apr 28, 2026 We have been in business for 25 years. I can't believe the service my husband received yesterday as a business owner. We sent one of our employee's with a company check and our tax exemption form to purchase 2 tires we needed for a customers car ASAP. When our employee arrived to pick up tires he was told no checks excepted. Well, ok I will go back and get COMPANY CREDIT CARD. He leaves comes back to get COMPNAY CREDIT CARD. Returns to get the tires and was told no credit cards excepted!!!!! Are you seriously kidding me????? How does this company make any money on Wholesale Work??? Worst experience as a business owner I have ever encountered. We will not be returning and we will surely let all our fellow Auto Repair Business owners and our friends as well NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER!!!!
