  I brought Thursday morning, a flat tire and turned out all my tires were cracked in compromised. My car had to stay there overnight because they’re very busy and then Fourth of July weekend. The next morning first thing they called to say was ready.

  Previously in the past. I had an amazing experience. This past time. It took 12 hrs to communicate what was wrong and communicating was horrible…. Making 3 trips to know my car wasn’t ready was unexceptionable. Called and said what I needed and thought it was ready. I had to wait over night to get my car back. I wish communication was better!!

  Aaron killed it with replacing my cars cv axle was told job would take 4 hours he got it replaced and my car back on the road within 2 and has never drove better

  Very disappointed!!!! Had to wait 5 hours for 1 tire. No updates. When I would ask a question felt as if I was a burden. Wanted to get an estimated time? Was told 1-3 hours. Also notified at pick up I was told I would have to pay $21 more when given a different price at drop off. Picture is what I hit on the interstate leaving St Louis!!!!

  Well, I took my car in for a basic oil change will balance and check at 0700 AM and did not have my car. Returned to me until nearly 1730 hours. The level of service and appreciation for a person’s time has greatly decreased. I’ve used Dobbs for almost the last 10 years. Retaining screws for my air guard and custom or vanity Air valve covers are never replaced on the vehicle which I’ve overlooked but nearly 12 hours for an oil change is unbelievable. I have gotten to the point that I take my bowels stem covers off when taking my car, but I think I’ll start finding another place for my oil changes
