  I took it in to get a bid on how much it would cost to get something fixed and it was more than I could afford. When I went to pick up my car I did get charged for the diagnostic which I understood but I did not get a breakdown of what needed to be repaired so I can figure out if I wanted all of it done or part of it done and save for it. Usually this location is really good I don't know what happened on this visit.

  Worst experience i ever had. I wait 2 hours and they refused to fix my tire and we're rude about it

  South county store got me in and fixed fast. Super friendly. Very helpful. Started at the chesterfield branch on Saturday at 1 pm. They didn’t have the time to plug a tire that day. Said call back for an appointment Monday. Very stand offish. Not friendly at all. I called south county Monday. They were super helpful said bring it right in and we’ll take care of it. Can’t recommend that group more. Good people

  Guest experience- needed to have windshield wipers replaced. Stopped in, and they took care of me right away!

  My son went there for a patch on his tire. It was in the center of his tire. They told him a patch wouldn't hold and then tried to sell him 2 new tires. They talked him into 1 new tire. What a rip off. The nail wasn't in the sidewall but dead center of the tire tread. They just wanted to make money. I will never give them any business and will tell everyone I know what a rip off they are. If they want to refund my son at least some of the price of the new tire which was over 100. 00 that would be appreciated.
