    Been going to this location for about 7-8 months now. Andrew W. Is the salesman I deal with most of the time, and every time he has the been the bomb, helping get my car in and out as quickly as possible while being super friendly and awesome. Would definitely recommend Andrew and this location over others.

    I called in for an appointment 2 days early. Got the car in by 7:30am for safety & emissions tests. Called twice to find out if it was ready for pick up. Was told they never got to it so needed to keep it until next day. Someone does not know how to schedule their work! Very unprofessional!!!

    I purchased a new set of 4 tires in January 2026 (Continental Extreme Contact DWS-06) from Dobbs by South County Mall. Part of the reason for choosing Dobba was that they include free rotation and balance with your tire purchase which seemed like a bonus. I stopped in June 19 to get my first rotation but they didn’t have any available time that day and offered to schedule an appointment so I could come get the service, wait and be out quickly. I arrived June 22 at 10:50am, earlier than my scheduled 11am appointment time. After 30 minutes my car finally got taken in. After another 90 minutes it was still on the rack. Finally after 2 hrs and 10 minutes (!!!) I was finally able to ask one of the guys in red shirts who work the desk to see if he could help me get checked out because my car had been sitting outside for almost 25 minutes…finished and I needed to get back to work. He told me he was still needing to finish my paperwork and I’ll have to wait. PAPERWORK?!?!? For a FREE tire rotation and balance?!? This is a simple, basic service they should be able to complete in 30-40 minutes tops with a SCEHDULED APPOINTMENT (it’s not like they didn’t expect me). His demeanor was aggravated and less than professional and while I realize they may have been busy or understaffed, I still spent $1600 on tires, used Dobbs for over 25 years and expected better from a company claiming to be so service-oriented. To top it off, the after service report said “Brake light was on when car started but went off when vehicle was put into gear”. Do they not have any familiarity with a two year old vehicle with the automatic electronic parking brake that engages in Park and disengages when you shift into Drive?!? Do they even know about the cars they are supposed to be fixing? This recent experience has me regretting my choice to go back to Dobbs and I’d rather pay $30 for a tire rotation when I get my oil changed at the dealer than have Dobbs waste over two hours of my time and treat me like a inconvenience instead of a loyal customer who trusts the with their vehicle. Ill be happy to share my experience with my friends, family and professional colleagues so they can spend their money where it’s appreciated.

    Just thought I’d share my experience from today. Last night I received a phone call that they had finished my vehicle’s inspections and oil change around 6:15p. After store hours, I wasn’t much expecting a phone call so I did not get a chance to answer. I was told in voicemail that my vehicle is ready to go and the store opens at 7am the following morning. As I’m waiting to pick up my vehicle this morning, I received a call with voicemail asking me to please reach out to Dobbs about my vehicle. I called expecting to just let them know I do anticipate picking up my car later today. Instead, I was told my vehicle did not pass inspection, and the call yesterday was an error and that my car needed now triple the price of the original visit. I was and am flabbergasted by that phone call, but am allowing them to finish the work on my vehicle today. Having been taking my vehicle to Dobbs for several years, I anticipate this being my final visit.

    Called and asked if i could drop off my car for air leaking inspection on one tire and was told it would be done before the time i expected. Time was up and showed up, the guy at the front looked at me and was like sorry we didnt have time today, ok so then why you told us you could get it done on time and DID NOT give me a single update about my car. It was still sitting in the parking lot when i arrived. Why would you take someone in and unable to do the job but didn’t feel like letting them know??!!! I could have gone to a different place within those 6 hrs!!!! Why?????? This is the worst service ever!! Your apology doesnt mean anything when it comes to business. Do it or leave it to someone else to handle.
