  I have finally found a lifetime auto shop with Coates Bros. This place is absolutely incredible. They are by FAR the most honest and friendly auto shop I have found---and I've been looking for many years. They don't try to upsell you or scare you into anything, they have outstanding communication, they are friendly and kind, their prices are incredibly fair, and their work is solid. Someone in Dogtown recommended them to me (they've brought their cars there for years) and now I can see why. I won't bring my car anywhere else from here out. I'm so relieved to be free of the dealer and franchises that keep trying to burn me. Thank you, Coates!

  The folks at Coates Brothers are about as honest and down to earth as could be expected. Unnecessary work is never a topic of conversation and prices are more then reasonable.
