  Okay!! I figured I'd finally leave a review! I've visited this place twice, and both experiences have been great. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They made the emissions testing process simple and stress-free. They also let me know about a few things on my car that might need attention in the future, which I really appreciated. It's nice to have that heads-up instead of being surprised later. The front desk staff deserves a special shoutout ,they're always welcoming, kind, and professional. I haven't had any repairs or maintenance done here besides my emissions test, but they've always taken good care of my car while it was there. From watching other customers come in, it's clear that a lot of people have been coming here for years. The front desk staff knows many customers by name, and the customers know them too. That says a lot about the relationships they've built and the quality of service they provide. There's plenty of parking, and it's a very safe area to leave your car. Of course, always remember to lock your doors! The facility is very clean, including the restroom, and everything is well organized. The staff greets you when you walk in and wishes you a great day when you leave, which makes the experience even more welcoming. I'm 100% satisfied with the service I received. I definitely recommend this place. They're good people, they treat customers with respect, and they'll work with you as long as you work with them.   I went there expecting to have to sit for 30 mins to an hour. They finished the work on my car in h see 15 minutes! Excellent customer service and excellent pricing!

  I went to get my emissions done during my lunch break and I didn’t make an appointment I just called ahead and they fit me in and I had an time to spare for my lunch I highly recommend this company. The workers also smiled and were very kind and efficient.

  I had a horrible experience with Car-X! I took my car that was working perfectly fine there for an oil change. The next day my car broke down. I had it towed back into the shop. They had my vehicle for 3 days and I was told it was a faulty fuse box that needed to be replaced and the starter. When I went to pickup my car the check engine light and a light sensor warning was still on. Mind you I haven’t have any issues with the any lights before car-x. I immediately turned around and told Charles. “My car sounds bad and I have a light warning on my dash. He stated they didn’t have the correct size bulb to replace it, BS! I was told to drive my car around the sound should get better. I did, and I got pulled over due to my right side passenger taillight being out and now I have a court date and ticket. Upset I went to auto zone to replace the bulb myself. Even with the new bulb the light wasn’t coming on. So I called and took it back up. Sat in the lobby, and Charles told me I need a new driver side light display assembly and possibly wiring harness. That I would have to bring it back up and they would need more labor time to look at the wiring to see why the lights aren’t working properly. After driving away from Carx now, none of my lights are coming on!! None of my headlights, my tail lights, my turn signals nothing!!! And my check engine light is still on!!! I feel like it’s been once thing after another and why would they have we come pickup my car with warning signs still on the dash?! Which is an extreme safety hazard! I’m supposed to take it back for them to look at it again next week to fix the lights now and honestly at this point I feel like they really don’t know what they’re doing!! And every time I drive my car I’m fearful for my life with no turn signals working. I’ve been having the worst experience and feel scammed! These photos were taken before I took it back to Car-X the last time, now even the lights in the photo aren’t even turning on.

  I had to get an emergency car inspection and when other people were booked, Charles made it work for me. If you need inspection, they are soon to have FOUR registered state inspectors. Very impressive. Charles and Noah inspected my car and took great care of it. They were quick but obviously very detailed and professional. They DID NOT sell me on anything more than I needed, and only had a few recommendations for future considerations. If you want somewhere that will treat your car as they would theirs, this is it. I will absolutely be coming back here for future maintenance/service, and very much look forward to it. Do not second guess it, trust them with your car, and they will deliver exceptional service with kindness and precision. Thank you, Charles and Noah!
