CarX could not do the alignment due to a broken rack and bent tie rods. But week ago nothing was reported. Got a 2nd opinion and it was discovered someone physically loosened both bolts on my rack. Which caused it to become loose. New shop toghtened them. No repairs we're needed and got an alignment. I would NOT recommend nor trust CarX.
