  Don’t bother making an appointment with the service team. I had an 840 appointment today for a diagnostic check on my Tahoe. Was told that they weren’t sure if they could even get to the car today and wouldn’t know until after 2pm. Also, they didn’t know the next day the could get to it? Why even offer appointments? This is our people mover vehicle, not knowing when it can even be looked at is not an option. Guess I was supposed to be thankful when they said that they’ll try to not charge me for two service fees for the two related infotainment issues. Which are $239 each just to look at… thanks.

  I’ve had my car at Bommarito Mazda South County 3 times in the 2 months all three time my car was not even touched the day of the appointment so I always had to bring it back to be fixed I work 12 hour shifts and I let them know that and the service man acted as if I didn’t say that and I’ve have been working these hours for 25 years so I know what I told him and it was like he’d was saying no you didn’t tell me that and I know I did I know my shifts and I don’t appreciate basically being told that I’m not telling the truth the service person and he was not pleasant to me at all. If it’s that hard to service people’s cars with appointments then maybe you should get more help or don’t overbook my car being serviced is just as important as the next persons.

  I have a Cadillac but always take my vehicle to Bommarito Cheverolet for service. They provide regular updates as to the progress of my repair and always do a great job. Their location is convenient for me and it is great to have a dealer that is so well versed in servicing all GM vehicle brands. Marty Lay was the service consultant on my most recent visit and did a stellar job.

  Everything went smoothly and easily. All of the people who assisted were very knowledgeable and helpful. Samantha was a top notch sales person and actually cared about our happiness with the purchase and Chris really knew his stuff on the finance side. All and all a top notch car buying experience.
