    Al and Jerome took the time to diagnose what caused my check engine light to come on. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and even directed me to a great auto repair shop that was just around the corner. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Great job guys and thanks again!

    The managers are awesome in here! Friendly, very helpful, responsive, and energetic. The store is super clean and well stocked too—I was able to go in and get the brakes I needed without a hitch. I’ll definitely come back to this location the next time I need something car related. 10/10 service and experience!

    Store hours say open until 9pm. Arrived at 8:45pm and doors were locked, staff refused entry.

    I will never go back to this store. Rude customer service, specially from that “I’m only the commercial guy” twiddling his thumbs while customers stand around waiting help. Booo! Autozone! Boo!

    Mr.Billy from commercial department is very great person who really loves to help customers. AI really appreciated for his help. All the autozone store need this kind of person for the successful business of the company.But another bald old man don’t know how to do the job. I bought the wrong part and I tried to return it but it seems like he misunderstood what I said and he did the check out and he had to return the same item twice but he asked me the receipt and I told him I already gave it to him but he denied and he tried to do the return anyway. He told me that I was good but when I checked my credit card , I got only one and he said the second time may take 4-5 business days, when I asked him why the second time should take that long since the first time came back immediately and he said because it is returned twice the same item. I have never experienced like that before.
