  Things didn't start off perfect, but I'm big on if things aren't right an establishment is willing to do things to make it right. There was a pretty long wait for the vehicle, and then there wasn't a standard size SUV to my satisfaction, so I was upgraded. The upgraded vehicle did not have a full tank of gas, so I was credited for that. The staff was able to Pivot and make things right. That made the wait worth it. Thank you Alamo staff for working through things that were not your fault.

  Great price for rental. Easy vehicle pick up and drop off. Great customer service. Great shuttle service to and from airport.

  Checkin was efficient and staff was friendly. The car we were assigned was not super clean (empty beverage containers in backseat and crumbs on console and front seats). Car also had a mechanical issue that wasn’t clear until we got on the road. Edit to add return experience. Super smooth and they knocked a chunk off our total since we had to switch out cars due to mechanical issue.

  I rented a car for one day to go to Chicago from St Louis and it was an amazing experience! A manager named Reid checked my car in a the end of the day. He was very nice and asked if I had any concerns. When I said that I had a small issue with a smell in the vehicle he took notable measures to refund me and make it right. I appreciate the professionalism and pursuit of excellence. I’ll rent again!
