  Ridiculous operations. Customers must line up outside and agents will bring one car at a time then walk back to bring the next car. Employees doing great, working hard. Whoever came up with this process is definitely not smart, lol

  Sharon the van driver was the nicest person to get us to the rental center we could have hoped for. At the center there was some difficulty because of our drop off being in Chicago but a man named Auggie (Augie, August, Augustus, Augustine?) was extremely helpful and saved our vacation. As a bonus the car was great.

  I just want to say the employees here are incredible. I had been given a malfunctioning van from another location and the manager, I believe Jake, helped me. He was so quick to listen to all my concerns, ensure I felt heard and help me get the situation resolved. At the end of a long trip it's so nice to know there are caring employees here to greet you. Will definitely rent from again!

  We booked an SUV a month ahead to be picked up at the St Louis airport. When we arrived they had a convenient shuttle to Alamos lot. There, we were in quickly and allowed to choose a vehicle from a row of different vehicles. The fuel guage wasn't reading all the way full so they generously marked it at 3/4 full at pick up. We found out later the guage just doesn't quite read full even when it is on that Jeep. We were on the way very quickly! The return process was just as smooth. Check in was quick and they shuttled us to our exact terminal right away. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional and their price all said and done was very competitive. We will definitely use them again.

  Alamo has officially become my go-to for weekend trips and quick getaways! The check-in process is always quick and easy, and I love being able to check in online ahead of time. Every car I’ve rented has been clean and ready to go, which makes the whole experience stress-free. The guys at the front desk are always friendly and amazing to work with. I’ve never had any issues or concerns, and the customer service has consistently been great. Definitely my favorite car rental spot! I’ll keep coming back.
