- EFEmma F.Aug 20, 20262.0The first time I came in I gave them the make and model of my car and asked for headlights. They didn't give me the right headlights. So I came back and it was a little bit of a hassle but they gave me my money back. I brought the headlight that I needed changed so they could look at it and give me the right one this time. They looked at it and gave me the wrong headlight again. So I had to go back for a second time and return it. Luckily they admitted they were wrong and they accepted the return. But it was just such a hassle to have to return twice and twice not have the right headlight. In the end I went somewhere else because I didn't trust them to find the right headlight for me.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
