On the phone we were told one thing about what documents we were needed then when we get to the office it switched again and then the requirements to rent the vehicle kept changing. It was very frustrating for the whole family that had planned a trip only to have to cost us a lot more money in the end and we had to go with another rental agency. Very disappointing and I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

I highly recommend you go to a bigger city. And get the vehicle you reserved and expected . The employees try their best with no help from corporate !

The 3 gentleman turning their cars in behind me tried to offer theirs, and I guys that's not how it would. I understand it want the gentleman behind the counters fault. He was apologetic about it. I ended up having to pay 4 times as much at A is. I could have purchased a plain ticket for the price they charged.

The 7-passenger mini-van was comfortable and luxurious. I loved the cushy black-leather interior; the grands appreciated the spacious seating, mid- and back-seat AC, and, of course, the sound system (LOL). The rental would have merited 5 stars but for trouble with the cruise control. I recommend the St. Joseph, MO, Enterprise Rent-A-Car group and would not hesitate to do business with them again.
