  We had a Chevy traverse on the trip. What a beautiful vehicle. It wasn't really pricey on the gas had great mileage for a big vehicle honestly. I visited seven states in 4 days. I reserve the car on Priceline assuming that my payment came out through my Priceline account but it did not so always know that when you're reserving the vehicle on Priceline. There is a $300 deposit on the vehicle but once you bring it back in the same shape that you got it You're $300 comes back to you. The staff at the counter was amazing. Will be using Enterprise anytime I have to rent a car.

  Rental was booked 2 months in advance, day of received call 30 minutes prior to store opening from assistant branch manager David Cossyleon that previous rental was not returned as intended and offered a replacement that would be ready in 2 hours after scheduled pickup time, arrived to pickup vehicle and was given the run around because the returned vehicle “required an oil change” and they “didn’t even know it was sitting in the parking lot” an hour after the vehicle was scheduled was to be picked up it was not detailed required an oil change and said it MIGHT be available well over 12 hours after scheduled pickup. Ruining vacation plans and previously purchased reservations to accommodate the incompetence running the Saint Joseph branch location costing more than the rental was even worth in the first place. 0 stars would not recommend to anybody and will not be back to provide any business

  Went to pickup rental on Sunday got run around on a confirmed reservation by David Cossyleon assistant branch manager. Did not want to honor corporate discount. Ruined vacation rental. Ridiculous and bad business. Have rented many times this is the first time we have had an issue

  It was extremely easy and smooth process.. The vehicle was clean and beautiful to drive. I really enjoyed it. The return was even easier! Incredible. Thank you so much. Dylan was great help. I hope I spelled his name correctly. I couldn't be happier.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise. My truck has to on into the The shop unexpectedly. So I had an extended rental, but they made it really easy for me. I just told him what I wanted. I took my payment information and my basic information and they brought it to me early in the morning when I was ready for work. I walked outside. They were there ready to hand me. The t truck was very nice very clean very professional. The service was outstanding. He had everything ready for me. I did a walk around. I’ll check my identification. I looked at the paperwork I signed and they left and that was all there was to it. Bringing it back to them was just as easy and they were cool enough to bring me back home for free Nice of them. David, Blake, Dylan, and Colin seem to make a good professional team for this company. They were all clean cut, dressed well, genuinely in a good mood and they could not have been more polite. I will 10/10 use Enterprise again.
