I arrived to pick up the vehicle the night prior to my trip and they offered me a 5 seater. I told the rep that I reserved a 7 seater. She said they didn’t have any and a 5 seater was all they could give me due to recalls. When asked why they couldn’t have called, emailed or simply cancelled my reservation, I was told they didn’t have my phone number (which was a lie). There was no offer to help find a car at other area Enterprises. There was no apology. Just an ‘ok’ when I said my reservation would need to be cancelled. I had to drive an hour to pick up a van from a competitor. Incompetent and poor management is how I would describe the location.

They explain they need to charge you're credit card specifically, no debit cards allowed. Even more than originally quoted on the phone. If they had given you the full information before hand you would have the credit line available for the move/rental. What a waste of gas when the price is up to almost 4$ to drive allllll the way down here with our 6 week old. What a bunch of scamming crooks these companies are. Bravo. For being terrible people/salesman. 0 stars. Would not recommend to anyone.
