  Just recently moved from Colorado. I have a Volvo C70 2008 and needed new brakes and rotors on both front and rear. Instead of having to go to St Louis and since the C70 is on a Ford platform they were able complete the job very quickly. Dustin was amazing and like myself is a veteran. He mentioned he was stationed at Ft. Carson in Colo. Springs, CO Thanks so much guys

  It’s really great that they have the mobile service. You don’t even have to leave your home to have repairs and oil changes done and the technician was very friendly and took care of everything that he done. Thanks again.

  Mark C. was absolutely a pleasure to work with. We came in to look at a few different vehicles and he ended up staying later than he should have to help us find the right one. Even after a long week he treated us like good friends. He’s an amazing soul and would absolutely buy from him again. After a late evening, we finally found the right vehicle for us, and Mark C. and Matt Y. worked skeleton crew to get us out the door with our vehicle. The help and great customer service didn’t just stop there. The next few days, Matt Y. was looking out for us and ended up finding some military veteran rates at infuse credit union and helped us get our interest rate dropped even further, just out of the kindness of his heart. All in all, fantastic people here and next time we need another vehicle, you can guarantee we’ll be right back there, asking for them. Thank you guys, this world needs more of you two.

  DO NOT use Hutcheson Ford for Service/Maintenance of your vehicle. Purchased a full set of tires in Nov 2025, I was told tire rotations were included. There were two employees assisting me, one offered to fill out the tire rebate form for me. I never received the rebate, because the form was never actually submitted by the employee. I called multiple times and was told they were looking into the rebate. After a couple of months I was told the original employee no longer works there and a different employee promised to figure out what happened with the rebate, I contacted that same employee multiple times and was told he would figure it out and contact me, I was never contacted. Eight months later, still no rebate. Just took my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation and was surprised with a $40 charge for the tire rotation. The employee working that day told me the dealership has never included tire rotations with tire purchases. Needless to say, I will never use Hutcheson Ford or recommend them to anyone. Unless you enjoy being lied to, stay away from Hutcheson Ford in St James!

  The work they did on my mkx lin̈coln was fine but they did inspection and said it need ball joints and brakes tires bunch of stuff just put new wheels and tires and brakes and ball joints and tie rod on this car 3 months ago why would I need to replace all this again seriously those brakes and tires dont have 2oo miles on them seriously I appreciate what work you done for me but im not here just wasting money on stuff that not been on car for 2 months im not rich or here thow money away so if this way you want make money then find someone else rip off I trust you all to fix my car not just replace stuff that I just had replace 2 months ago im sorry but it seen like I need take my car somewhere else where they dont try rip you off so there my options have great day im sorry I did business with you all
