  Had a great interaction with Hutcheson Ford. We inquired about a vehicle with Steve. It was priced well and in great shape as described. I wasn't able to get to the dealership until about 5:30 PM due to the travel time from STL. They were gracious and ended up staying late to allow us to purchase the vehicle from them. The process was pretty seamless, and we were done and out the door in 45 minutes. Small town dealership, and the friendliness was great. Growing up in a small town, it was a great reminder of how doing business within a small community is valuable. Would definitely buy from them again, should we ever be in the market for another vehicle. Thanks, Steve and team!!

  Ford in Sullivan didn’t put in my oil plug on my broncos first oil change at 1000 miles, They gave me after oil change. I refused to go back, I found Rolla Ford, went in and told Molly my awful experience in Sullivan and she assured me she would have a mechanic do it that has been there for years! It’s the only place I go now!!

  Hutcheson Ford had a low-mileage 2024 F-250 Lariat at a fair market price that I recently inquired about, calling from my home in California. After easily agreeing to a price, they rapidly and efficiently assisted me with the necessary paperwork, payment process, and even arranged to pick me up at St. Louis International airport so I could drive it home (after transport shippers failed to come through with a reasonable price or a timeframe). Clayton, the sales rep I worked with, was very knowledgeable and professional, and I would definitely buy from them again. Excellent business all around.

  Everytime I take my car to Hutcheson I feel like my car is being taken in good hands. The automotive department always greets me with a smile and makes feel right at home. While I am waiting for my cars service to be done, I still get greeted by their Sales Department with a friendly smile or wave and also have some friendly conversations with everyone I come into contact with. I appreciate the little things at Hutcheson like comfortable sitting with a TV and also free access to snacks and drinks. So the motto of “It’s not What we do, It’s How we do it” is a very true statement for Hutcheson Ford!!!!

  Let me start by saying I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over the years. Between shopping for vehicles, buying vehicles, and dealing with service departments, I’ve probably worked with a dozen different dealerships. Because of that, I feel like I have a pretty good idea of what separates a good dealership from an average one. Looking back, Hutcheson is one of the better dealerships I’ve dealt with. One thing that stands out is their transparency. They don’t load deals up with unnecessary add ons or excessive fees, which is becoming harder and harder to find. I’ve purchased two vehicles from them and always had positive experiences with the staff. Clayton was great to work with professional, honest, and never pushy. Their service department has also been excellent. Any maintenance or repair work I’ve had done was handled professionally, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. No dealership is perfect, and I’ve had my share of disagreements over the years, but when I look at my overall experience and compare it to other dealerships I’ve dealt with since, I’ve come to appreciate Hutcheson’s approach even more. If you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty, transparency, and customer service, I would absolutely recommend giving them a chance.
