  Mark and Drew here made the car buying process a breeze. They are friendly, professional, and fair. I bought a 2024 Frod Escape PHEV from them last week and am so far very satisfied with vehicle. The car had an outstanding recall that was issued after they'd already inspected it. Mark worked with the maintenance team to resolve it the next day and then he delivered the car to me in St. Louis County. Id recomend Hutchenson to anyone in the market for a vehicle. It was worth the drive from the St. Louis!

  I was at Hutchison’s because of recall notice regarding brake line hoses. The visit was pre scheduled and the shop was prepared when I arrived. The system was inspected and mechanic determined that none of the brake line parts needed replacement. I told when the appointment was made the entire event would not exceed an hour of time. The entire visit indeed took about an hour. I consider the business did a a 5 star job.

  Shout out to Collin Parks! In a world with such poor customer service it’s was so nice to deal with someone that is helpful, kind, and he continuously kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle (it was a big repair and several parts were back ordered for weeks). Also thank you to the repairman, my car is fixed and ready to go! And thank you to the Ashley in the car rental department! Great experience overall with Hutchison Ford, will definitely recommend!

  Purchased a vehicle from Hutcheson Ford on St. James 9/16/26. My sales rep was Tristen who went above and beyond to make my purchasing experience easy and comfortable. Was very patient with me wanting to test drive several different vehicles. Very knowledgeable about the features of each vehicle I inquired about. Every employee we dealt with was courteous, friendly and treated us like family. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from here.

  Recently purchased a 2026 Ford 150 Lariat at Hutcheson Ford. We have always been loyal Ford customers but found our long term patronage at another Ford dealer to suddenly become unsatisfying as key service personnel left for other opportunities. At Hutcheson Ford we were given a fair price for our trade in and Steve, the salesperson, took the time to help us find the right truck and educate us on its features and benefits, even coming in on his day off to deliver the truck. We certainly appreciated that there was no mickey mouse document fee that other Ford Dealers said was part of the required purchase price. So far the experience at Hutcheson has exceeded our expectations and I would recommend that if you are in the market for a vehicle you pay them a visit. Paul Mackay St Clair, MO
