She was patient with me as I asked to see many details about numbers on my loan. She was thorough. Rapheal sold us our car. At the end of the day, he kicked butt at making sure no one else grabbed our car first :) We had it transferred. I was a little nervous about committing to a car without seeing it in person. He reassured me that it would be to my liking. (I like having a touchy brake). He did everything imaginable to make sure we were happy with the car and was willing to answer any and every question. He is a sweet young man. I 100% would buy from Enterprise again (This was the second time doing so.) I also recommend buying the additional warranty to cover any problem you might have in the next 5 or so years.
